Brigham Village Introduce
Welcome to Brigham Village, a mobile home park located at 410 N Main St, Brigham City, UT 84302, USA. While platforms listing "RV parks near me" might include mobile home communities, Brigham Village serves as a residential area for long-term mobile home living rather than temporary recreational vehicle stays. Situated in Brigham City, Utah, Brigham Village offers a community environment; however, it's important to consider recent feedback from individuals regarding both the local town and the mobile home park itself.
One review provides a rather strong indictment of Brigham City as a whole, citing concerns about the local police department and court system. This reviewer expresses a feeling of unease and a perception of corruption within the town's law enforcement and judicial processes. They suggest that this atmosphere might make the town undesirable for those who value a sense of security and fairness within their community. While this feedback pertains to the broader town rather than solely the mobile home park, it is information that potential residents might want to consider as it could impact their overall living experience in Brigham City.
Another reviewer offers insights specifically about Brigham Village, noting that it appears "run down and old looking." This observation suggests that the infrastructure and overall aesthetic of the mobile home park may be dated and potentially in need of maintenance or upgrades. For individuals who prioritize the visual appeal and upkeep of their living environment, this could be a significant factor.
A particularly noteworthy concern raised in this review is the presence of the city's irrigation canal running through the park and even underneath some of the trailers. The description of this canal as an "open creek like canal" raises potential issues related to water flow, maintenance, and possibly even safety or environmental concerns. The fact that it runs under trailers could also have implications for the structural integrity and potential moisture issues of those homes.
The same reviewer mentions a specific situation involving a family member living in the park who purchased a trailer for a very low price, implying that its condition warranted the low cost. They also express concern about the need for work on the roof and ceilings of this trailer, suggesting potential disrepair. This reinforces the impression that some of the homes within Brigham Village may be older and in need of significant maintenance.
The limited information available, consisting of these two reviews, paints a somewhat concerning picture of both the town of Brigham City and the Brigham Village mobile home park. While one review focuses on broader community issues within the town, the other specifically highlights potential infrastructure and maintenance problems within the park itself.
Given these points, it is crucial for anyone considering residing at Brigham Village to conduct thorough due diligence. Contacting the park management directly is essential to gather current information about the community, including lot rental fees, park rules and regulations, maintenance schedules, and any planned improvements or upgrades. Prospective residents should also inquire about the irrigation canal and any measures in place to ensure safety and prevent issues related to its presence within the park.
Exploring the broader Brigham City community beyond the mobile home park might also be advisable. While one review expresses negative sentiments about the town's law enforcement and judicial system, others may have different experiences or perspectives. Investigating local amenities, services, and the overall atmosphere of Brigham City could provide a more well-rounded understanding of the area.
In conclusion, the limited information available suggests that while Brigham Village offers a mobile home community in Brigham City, Utah, potential residents should be aware of concerns raised regarding the town's local issues and the park's infrastructure, including its aged appearance and the presence of an open irrigation canal running through the property. Thoroughly investigating these aspects and directly contacting the park management are strongly recommended to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the living conditions and potential challenges at Brigham Village.

Brigham Village Reviews
Corrupt cops make the entire town non desirable to go to. One cannot relax there without wondering what the local PD will do next. The court system is a joke and work on the good buddy system and pretty much rail road it's citizens. I guess for citizens who don't mind all of this it's a pretty cool place. Me , I don't have a criminal record and tend to stay away so I keep it that way.
Aug 03, 2019 · Michael GlennMy eldest "child" lives here. It's r run down and old looking the cities irrigation canal runs through the park and under trailers... it's an open creek like canal. The trailer they live in they purchased for next to nothing, and as or should have been. If they don't get to work on the roof and ceilings.
