Mountain View Manufactured Home Community Introduce
Are you a local resident in the Brigham City, Utah area exploring long-term housing options? While the platform category is "RV parks near me," this introduction focuses on Mountain View Manufactured Home Community, located at 1060 S Main St, Brigham City, UT 84302, USA. Although not an RV park, manufactured home communities provide residential spaces and are relevant for individuals seeking more permanent housing solutions. This overview aims to present an objective picture of Mountain View Manufactured Home Community based on the concerning customer reviews available online, highlighting aspects of its environment, potential services, and significant issues raised by residents and former residents, to assist local users in making informed decisions about potential long-term residency.
Mountain View Manufactured Home Community is situated in Brigham City, a city in Box Elder County, Utah, known for its scenic location near the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge and its access to the Wellsville Mountains. The address on South Main Street suggests a location within the city limits, potentially offering access to local amenities, shopping, and services. However, the provided information does not detail the specific environment within the manufactured home community itself. Typically, such communities consist of individual lots for manufactured homes, internal roadways, and possibly some common areas. Local users considering Mountain View Manufactured Home Community can anticipate a setting within the broader Brigham City environment, but specific details about the community's layout, landscaping, and overall ambiance are not available in the provided data.
Information regarding the services offered at Mountain View Manufactured Home Community is largely inferred from the serious concerns raised in the customer reviews, particularly regarding management practices. One former resident recounts a troubling experience involving the sale of their trailer within the park several years prior. Despite following the office's instructions and providing necessary documentation to the management at the time, this individual was sent to collections for back rent two years later for a trailer they no longer owned or resided in. The new owners reportedly have no record of the sale due to the previous manager's alleged failure to document it. Attempts to resolve this issue with the current management have been unsuccessful, with the former resident reporting an inability to get anyone to answer the phone or find anyone in the office during posted hours. This situation raises significant concerns about the efficiency, organization, and accountability of the park's management, potentially impacting the handling of resident accounts and administrative processes.
Another review from a current resident paints a picture of a community that has declined in quality since they moved in two and a half years ago, which was initially described as "perfect." The reviewer expresses a belief that "they actually care about the residents" has diminished over time, suggesting a potential deterioration in the level of service and attention to the well-being of the community members. While this resident states they "love the manager," they also point to "corporate" greed as a potential underlying issue. This implies a disconnect between local management and the overarching corporate policies, potentially leading to decisions that are not in the best interest of the residents. The overall sentiment suggests a decline in the living experience at Mountain View Manufactured Home Community, despite the positive regard for the on-site manager.
The customer reviews highlight significant concerns regarding the management and administrative practices at Mountain View Manufactured Home Community. The former resident's experience with being wrongly sent to collections due to alleged mismanagement of sales documentation and the subsequent difficulty in contacting the current management are particularly alarming. This indicates potential issues with record-keeping, communication, and the responsiveness of the park's administration in resolving serious errors. The current resident's feedback about a perceived decline in care for residents and the influence of "corporate greed" suggests a potential prioritization of financial interests over the quality of life within the community. The difficulty in contacting the office, even during posted hours, further underscores potential issues with the accessibility and reliability of the management.
Based on the severely negative feedback, there is no indication of any promotional offers for Mountain View Manufactured Home Community. The focus of the available reviews is entirely on significant problems related to management incompetence, billing errors, and a perceived decline in the living environment. Local users considering residency in Mountain View Manufactured Home Community should be acutely aware of these serious concerns and prioritize thorough investigation before making any decisions. It would be essential to attempt direct and persistent contact with the management to address the issues raised in the reviews and to inquire about the current conditions and policies of the community. Visiting the property in person to assess the overall environment and speaking with current residents (if possible) would also be crucial steps in the due diligence process to gain a balanced perspective.
Given the reported difficulties in contacting the management, local users interested in Mountain View Manufactured Home Community may face challenges in obtaining further information. However, persistent attempts to reach the management via the provided phone number, (435) 723-2960 or the mobile number +1 435-723-2960, are necessary to seek clarification on the serious issues raised in the reviews. Inquiries should specifically address the procedures for property sales and transfers, the processes for handling billing and account discrepancies, the accessibility of the management team, and any steps being taken to address the concerns about a decline in resident care and overall community quality. Any information obtained directly from the management should be carefully evaluated in light of the negative experiences reported by other individuals.
In conclusion, for local residents in the Brigham City, Utah area exploring long-term housing options and considering Mountain View Manufactured Home Community, the concerning customer feedback regarding significant management issues, billing errors leading to collection actions, and a perceived decline in resident care warrants extreme caution. The reported difficulties in contacting the management further compound these concerns. While the location in Brigham City offers the general benefits of the area, the specific conditions and management practices at Mountain View Manufactured Home Community, as indicated by the available reviews, suggest a high degree of risk for potential residents. Local users are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution, conduct thorough and direct investigation into these issues, and seek comprehensive information from the management and potentially current residents before making any decisions about residing at Mountain View Manufactured Home Community.

Mountain View Manufactured Home Community Reviews
I sold my trailer in this park a few years ago. I called the office to ask the proper procedure and what they needed from me. I followed their instruction and supplied copies of the documents and the new owners information. I now, 2 YEARS later, am being sent to collections for rent on a trailer I didn't own nor live at during the time of this back rent. I have contacted the new owners who say that the old manager did not note anything and there is no paperwork to be found that the trailer was sold. I asked can they call the last managers, who did know of this sale, but they don't think they will give them the info. Honestly, I think they wouldn't take the old managers word for it anyway so they don't want to bother?? I supplied the documents again and after months still there is no answer to what they can do to help me. I have a collection agency calling me who say that the Mobile Park Management will not return their calls and they are continuing to collect on a dept. I can't get anyone to answer their phones (old and new number) and there is never anyone in the office EVEN during posted hours. I am going to have to get a lawyer for this and this is effecting my credit. "Live here at your own risk"
Sep 05, 2020 · Elaine TippettsSadly it’s not as nice to live here anymore, when we moved in 2 and a half years ago it was perfect! Since then…. I just do not think they actually care about the residents….. I love the manager…. But corporate is greedy
Oct 13, 2022 · Mary GillThe people are so friendly and the manager was so sweet and helpful. A few of the trailers are out dated. But they are fixing to move in new modular home's, rent to own. Bad credit is not a problem, easy financing.
Jul 15, 2019 · dawna evansJust to let everyone know they will evict you if you don't pay on time during the height of the pandemic. Please realize it's not the manager its corporate that is refusing to help during this trying time. 4/10/20
Apr 12, 2020 · David PearcyThis is an older park and most of the homes are older models, however the majority are in good repair and the yards look lived in but not unkept.
