3 Sons RV Park Reviews
beautiful new still being finished park we love having our camper here. Neal has been very accommodating even though he is very busy with all the work going on. Even with everything he will take the time to answer any questions or help out with getting your spot done the way you want it.
Jul 23, 2022 · David Reusch3 Sons is a beautiful park! The owner has been amazing to work with, is very open with communication. The kids love the pancakes that are served every weekend. The spots are large. Campers are friendly and relaxed. We can’t wait to camp here this summer and the years to follow.
Jun 05, 2022 · Natasha DressenWe love everything about 3 Sons! The size of the lots, the clubhouse, the pool and the owner are all amazing! Neil has been awesome with communicating with us and keeping us informed. If there is ever a question, he’s quick to respond and help! Best RV park in the area!
Jul 23, 2022 · Brooke DreesWe love having our seasonal spot at 3 sons! We have been here since the beginning and Neal still continues to achieve excellence in his park. He is so accommodating, we even had our son’s graduation party at the clubhouse, wow! We would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a place to build family memories, either in the pool or around the fire! The Archers
May 25, 2024 · Amanda ArcherSaid all utilities were included initially than later after moved-in were not. Owner wanted extra money than what we agreed on. Campsites were not ready April 1 for annual prices.somebody was camping on my site when i wasnt there or trees were present everytime i came to visit in April. Owner kept spraying and dumping alot of ditch water runoff from farms? to certain campsites more than others. He called roadside water, spring water, am not too sure can be verified. We both got pretty ill while we stayed here. And found out was told this isn't a licensed campground. Felt the owner was a bit insensitive or uncaring host to any requests about stopping the sprays around us everyday during the weekdays of unknown or unverified substances he called ‘water’. Especially since my 2 yearold was with me. Why not using regular sprinklers to empty campsites to water grass?
