Reviews from previous customers can offer valuable insights into the guest experience. This reviewer recounted being prohibited from taking a photo with their child on the mountain and expressed a long-term dissatisfaction with staff interactions over multiple visits, stating that this would be their last. This feedback raises a point about the guest atmosphere and service approach at the resort that potential visitors should be aware of.
Conversely, another reviewer provided a positive, albeit brief, comment, stating "Excellent everything perfect highly recommended 😍". This contrasting feedback suggests that experiences may vary. However, the detailed negative review regarding staff interactions, particularly from a recurring guest, warrants careful consideration for those prioritizing a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere during their stay.
Regarding promotional information, it is advisable for interested local users to directly check the Big Bear Mountain Resort's official website or contact them through provided channels. Resorts frequently offer seasonal discounts, package deals that might include activities or amenities, or special rates for longer stays or specific groups. In conclusion, Big Bear Mountain Resort offers camping cabin accommodations in the scenic Big Bear Lake area, providing access to the natural environment and recreational opportunities of the region. While the resort may offer various services and features to enhance a mountain getaway, potential guests should be aware of recent customer feedback that highlights significant concerns about staff interactions and the overall guest experience. Big Bear Mountain Resort Reviews
My visit to your resort was extremely disappointing. The main issue is the supervisory staff, who behave aggressively and resemble guards enforcing strict control rather than employees whose role is to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests.Such behavior is unacceptable, especially at a resort where people come to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It feels like the staff’s main objective is to restrict guests in every way possible instead of helping to make their stay enjoyable. This became particularly evident when we were prohibited from taking a photo with my child on the mountain. Such treatment not only ruins the overall experience but also makes guests feel unwelcome.Unfortunately, over the past 5 years, the situation at your resort has not improved. Every visit has been accompanied by similar issues with the staff. This visit will be my last.I strongly urge you to reconsider your approach to staff management, invest in proper training, and change the way your team interacts with guests. Your resort has great potential, but at the current level of service, there is no desire to return.
