Twenty-Nine Pines Manufactured Home Community Introduce
Twenty-Nine Pines Manufactured Home Community, located at 6488 Hwy 36 Blvd N, Oakdale, MN 55128, USA, functions as a residential community primarily for manufactured homes. While the platform category "RV Parks Near Me" might suggest short-term recreational vehicle accommodations, it is important for prospective residents to understand that Twenty-Nine Pines is designed for permanent living in manufactured homes rather than transient RV stays. For those seeking affordable homeownership or long-term rental options in a community setting within Oakdale, Minnesota, Twenty-Nine Pines offers a distinct choice. For inquiries, the community can be reached at (651) 777-1373 or +1 651-777-1373.
The environment of Twenty-Nine Pines is situated in Oakdale, a suburb east of Saint Paul in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Oakdale is known for its accessibility, with direct access to major highways like I-694 and US-36, which provides residents with convenient commutes to employment centers and nearby cities. The area balances suburban tranquility with access to a wide range of services, including shopping centers, dining establishments, and recreational facilities. As a manufactured home community, Twenty-Nine Pines typically features a layout of individual home sites, offering residents a sense of personal space and a neighborhood feel within the park. The name "Twenty-Nine Pines" suggests a potentially tree-lined or natural setting, which could contribute to a pleasant living environment. Residents would benefit from Oakdale's municipal services, including public safety, utilities, and local schools, which are often a consideration for families. The community strives to provide a comfortable and family-friendly atmosphere, welcoming residents of all ages.
In terms of services and features, Twenty-Nine Pines Manufactured Home Community provides the essential infrastructure for residential living. This includes the leasing of individual land sites for manufactured homes, with necessary utility hookups such as water, sewer, and electricity. While specific inclusions in lot rent should always be verified directly with the park management, common features in professionally managed communities often include on-site management, maintenance of common areas, and designated parking for residents. Manufactured home communities often promote a sense of community through various amenities, which might include common recreational facilities such as playgrounds, picnic areas, or a community clubhouse for social gatherings. These features aim to enhance the resident experience and foster a cohesive neighborhood environment. The core feature of the community is the opportunity for residents to own their manufactured home while leasing the land beneath it. This model often presents a more affordable pathway to homeownership compared to traditional stick-built homes, making it an attractive option for individuals and families seeking quality living at a more accessible price point in the greater Twin Cities area.
The defining feature of Twenty-Nine Pines is its role as an all-ages manufactured home community. This means it caters to a diverse resident base, including families with children, young professionals, and retirees, fostering a varied and dynamic living environment. The park aims to provide a stable and independent living situation with the benefits of a structured community. The potential availability of new or pre-owned manufactured homes directly through the park or affiliated dealers can simplify the process for prospective residents looking to purchase a home. Its location along Hwy 36 provides excellent visibility and accessibility, further enhancing its appeal as a residential option in the Oakdale area. The overall goal of such a community is to offer affordable housing solutions without compromising on the quality of life or the sense of belonging.
However, an objective introduction must also incorporate direct feedback from customers, which provides a more nuanced picture of the resident experience. One significant customer review highlights considerable dissatisfaction with the management's communication and efficiency, particularly in the context of purchasing a new manufactured home. The reviewer states, "In the process of purchasing a new manufactured home from here and definitely wouldn't recommend dealing with management here." The key issues cited include "given certain dates when the house would be ready, then was pushed to a further date," and after signing papers, being "told we would be getting keys 2-5 days from signing and now has been almost 2 weeks just to keep getting the run around and the same excuses." This feedback points to significant concerns regarding transparency, reliability, and responsiveness of the management, which can be critical factors when undertaking a major transaction like a home purchase. Such delays and inconsistent information can cause considerable stress and financial inconvenience for prospective residents.
Conversely, another review offers a more general but positive observation about the park's atmosphere: "Nice trailer park. Didn't see any tweakers running around but it was daylight still." While somewhat informal, this comment suggests a perception of safety and a lack of visible problematic activity during daylight hours, which can be a positive indicator of the community's general environment. It contrasts with concerns about management by providing a glimpse into the perceived social climate within the park.
For prospective residents considering Twenty-Nine Pines Manufactured Home Community, it is highly advisable to conduct thorough due diligence, especially given the specific concerns raised about management. A personal visit to the park is recommended to observe the environment firsthand and assess the general upkeep and atmosphere. Direct communication with the park management (at (651) 777-1373 or +1 651-777-1373) is crucial. When inquiring, it would be prudent to specifically ask about the process for new home purchases, expected timelines, and communication protocols, potentially referencing the kind of delays mentioned in reviews to gauge their response. Clarifying all aspects of the lease agreement, lot rent inclusions, community rules, and available amenities is essential. If possible, speaking with current residents could offer valuable insights into the day-to-day realities of living in the community and the typical responsiveness of management. While the park offers the advantages of affordable homeownership in a convenient suburban location, understanding the potential challenges related to management communication and service delivery is key to making an informed decision about living at Twenty-Nine Pines Manufactured Home Community.

Jul 07, 2021 · Jeff CasarezI’ve lived here with my dad since I was 3 1/2 years old and it’s actually a great environment. No, it’s not a rich people place by any means and it’s not the most attractive place, but it is an extremely safe neighborhood. I’ve been here 15 years and not once has anything been stolen, broken or vandalized by anyone. These other people leaving bad reviews are wrong about this place. Like I said, it’s not pretty by any means but there’s some great people in here and on my block we all take care of each other. Although, I do agree with the pothole comments. It’s ridiculous on some streets. Don’t drive any nice cars through here lol. You’ll regret it. Other than that, it’s really not bad. Looks can be deceiving but I promise it’s not bad. I grew up here. Everyone also keeps to themselves here. You’ll only be bothered if you’re doing the bothering. Cheers!
Nov 10, 2021 · JacobMy daughter lives here and there were some major problem with the roads and also the cleaning of the park. In the last month.. roads are repaired and cleaned! Dumpsters were brought in this last week.. It feels really good to drive in the park and see all of the work being done. Thanks for your efforts!
Oct 06, 2018 · Carol McmonigalYa know my 1st post wasn't that good. Was alot of lies. But. I did buy a new home in June of 2017. With the ups and downs. Im sure they could happen anywere. But the last few years the park has seemed to clean it self up. There are trash people everywhere. In the world. But the staff has been great Melissa is awesome. Still don't have much of a yard on hillside. Buy. Oh well OUT OF SIGHT OUT OF MIND HAHHA but roads seem better. Some still need work. Buy with the raises in lot rent and good staff im sure they will get everything fixed eventually. So. Good job keep making it better
