Big River Outdoors Reviews
I had a very unpleasant experience. I paid for front row tickets, I set my chairs up and all of a sudden during Deana Carters performance people from the general admission section started coming and standing infront of me. I couldn't see and they were being very rude and disrespectful. And no staff tried to do anything
Apr 27, 2025 · Sam Van cleveThe ownership is phenomenal; really cares and is dedicated to offering a fantastic experience for all. Very family friendly, very cost effective, very well managed. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Many will be familiar with it due to last year’s Oliver Anthony show. As a small hometown business, I was highly skeptical that any local owner would pull off planning an event with SIX THOUSAND people planning on showing up. However, Josh did exactly that - as smooth of a job as could possibly be done. This summer, there have already been a number of fantastic musical performances, with a consistent schedule throughout the season. Come check it out!
Jul 18, 2024 · Kodi HoodWhat a great event this weekend! Staff and security were absolutely amazing. If you showed up and got cold that's your fault. If you thought the food & drink where too expensive you didn't come prepared. Bathrooms and wash stations were everywhere & clean. If you have common sense and read the venue should of known it was going to be a long one. As far as bringing younger kids I don't think I'd made that choice or if I did I'd camped out. I definitely will be back
Oct 09, 2023 · Joseph ThennesBought 5 tickets. Drove 3.5 hours specifically to see Oliver Anthony. Was there at noon since declined to say when showing up. Ran out of almost all food early. Paid alot for lemonade and to be able to get refills cheap all gone. $90 for 3 tees. Food ridiculous. Never complained. But at around 9pm 45 degrees. Freezing!!! Still at 10pm no Oliver. No way to warm up. Wouldn't let him at least meet and greet early nothing! Alot of people most with families left. Couldn't even park cars close to warm up kids. We went for my husband's birthday and my kid just had 2 metal rods and 18 screws in her back we just wanted to see Oliver. Have handicap pass had to park way........ way aways. We had to leave couldn't take it anymore. I even asked if I could at least get his autograph for them because she had to leave. Nope nothing. Waste of over 400 dollars for the night. Never again!
