The mention of the campground being "dog friendly" is also a significant plus for pet owners looking for "camping near me" where their furry companions are welcome. It's always a good idea to inquire about any specific pet policies, such as leash requirements or designated pet areas.

The dog-friendly policy, catch-and-release pond, and proximity to the Kentucky Bourbon Trail add to its appeal. Oct 06, 2023 · Brandon ProbstFor my 1st time using Hipcamp, this trip was perfect. I had several acres to myself, lol. Hosts were very friendly and inviting.
Nov 07, 2024 · Darwin NieseGreat place and great hosts. Love the rolling 10 acres with a pond for fishing. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets! So relaxing
Aug 17, 2023 · June MartinAfter camping all across the U.S for the past two weeks, I can say with absolute certainty that this campsite is a real gem!I randomly chose this campsite for a quick place to stay the night before I hit the road and when I arrived I was surprised to see a beautiful vast open field with a copious amount space and camping locations. If you’re looking for low noise and privacy, you’re probably not gonna find better spot than this unless you hike to the middle of nowhere. But that isn’t even the best part! The owners Gloria and Matt are some of the friendliest people I have ever met. They were just so kind and welcoming!I will absolutely come back if I find myself in Kentucky again!
