Beautiful paths and trails, beautiful creek, great camp sites and buildings, including restrooms and showers, and the main lodge amenities. We love every visit and make wonderful memories. Some games on property include corn hole, horseshoes, volleyball net, basketball hoop and half court, swings, and open grass for kicking and throwing other things around. We also love the rope bridge. Boy oh boy do the wasps come in hot when you bring out the meals outdoors, though. If you're able to bring a tent or some protective setup as a place for serving food, that's wise. But they come straight to your plate, fearless and fighting. (My toddler got stung, and I immediately grabbed The Bug Bite Thing and applied suction to the building welt, and it seemed to help. Bring your bee battling supplies!) The creek water is quite cool all year (good for "refrigerating" watermelons), the summer days can still be roasting, but thank goodness the nights get as cool as you'd hope and even cooler, so layer! Plenty of space for parking. Huckleberries in the mountains nearby! And none of this review covers how the whole young women camp experience goes. They have so much fun and have a perfect setup in the Lodge. Make your reservation and plan for a wonderful time! - Emily Fairchild Cutler
