Fredericksburg / Washington DC South KOA Holiday Reviews
KOA Campground secluded at least 5 miles from the main highway which isn't normal compared to other KOA ones that we have stayed. The sites are a bit too close to one another but clean we'll looked after.Only one complaint. The showers in the bathhouse have no pressure and the water doesn't reach a desirable temperature.
Apr 24, 2025 · John VAbsolutely incredible grounds. Very secluded and quiet. Well stocked store with all the right stuff. Wi-Fi worked amazingly well. And most importantly, amazing staff. Our first KOA experience was a home run.
May 03, 2025 · John MastorakisNice campground not far off of I-95, but far enough there was no road noise. Nicely wooded, nice size sites. Friendly staff. Restrooms were nice and clean.
Mar 12, 2025 · Sheryll WaiteWe only saw the camp from the cover of night. We were passing through the area and needed a pull thru site so we could sleep and keep moving. The office folks were friendly and helpful. We pulled in around 10 pm, stopped by the office and got our paperwork. Drove to a level pull through with clean power and water. What we could see, was a full campground of later model campers from Trailers to Class A. The bathhouse was operating room clean. The camp office, laundry and bath house are well lit and secure. Fredericksburg/Washington DC South KOA defines the type of convenience, safety, cleanliness and customer service the camping lifestyle requires. BRAVO!! We will be back for more than one night. We camped at Fredericksburg / Washington DC South KOA Holiday in a Travel Trailer.
Nov 24, 2024 · Scott AndrewsI stayed in a Deluxe Cabin for the weekend, and while the cabin it's self was fine, the entire cabin smelled of cat urine, especially the bathroom, it was almost unbearable. We found that stray cats had made a home underneath the cabin (directly underneath of the bathroom) through a hole in the skirting around the backside of the cabin. Additionally, both TV's in the cabin were very old, barely working and so fuzzy and discolored you could barely watch anything.
