Frontier Campground Introduce
For local residents and those passing through the Brooksville, Florida area, searching within the category of 'camping near me,' Frontier Campground, located at 15549 Cortez Blvd, Brooksville, FL 34613, USA, offers a welcoming and reasonably priced option for a restful stay. With contact numbers (352) 796-9988 and +1 352-796-9988, this campground appears to prioritize a friendly and accommodating atmosphere, as highlighted in the customer reviews. The positive feedback regarding the owner and office staff suggests a personal touch and a commitment to guest satisfaction, making it a potentially attractive choice for various camping needs.
The environment of Frontier Campground, based on the limited information available online, seems to be characterized by a "clean setting" and an "old time feel." This could imply a well-maintained property with a relaxed and perhaps more traditional camping atmosphere. The mention of fellow campers being "nice" and the general politeness and waving among guests suggests a friendly and community-oriented environment. While specific details about the natural surroundings (such as proximity to woods, lakes, or other natural features) are not provided in the reviews, the emphasis on cleanliness and a welcoming social atmosphere indicates a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. The fact that travelers passing through the area found it suitable for a few days of rest suggests that the environment is conducive to relaxation.
The services offered at Frontier Campground can be inferred from the positive experiences shared in the reviews. The willingness of the staff to "accommodate" those in need of a short rest from driving indicates a flexible and helpful approach to guest needs. The presence of an office with staff like "Lynn," who is described as "very helpful" and "a joy to deal with," suggests that there is a point of contact for check-in, information, and assistance during the stay. As a campground, it likely offers basic amenities such as camping sites suitable for RVs and possibly tents. Hookups for RVs (such as electricity, water, and sewer) are a common offering at campgrounds catering to travelers. While not explicitly mentioned, it's reasonable to expect facilities like restrooms and showers to be available for guests. The "clean setting" mentioned in the review implies that these facilities are likely well-maintained. Given the friendly atmosphere, there might also be communal areas or activities that foster interaction among campers, although this is not explicitly stated.
The key features of Frontier Campground appear to be its friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices, and clean environment. The owner, Bob McGlashen, is described as "very friendly & nice" and a "total sweetie," suggesting a personal and welcoming touch from the management. Lynn in the office is also highlighted for her helpfulness and pleasant demeanor, indicating a positive guest service experience. The "old time feel" and the politeness and friendliness among fellow campers create a welcoming community atmosphere, which can be a significant feature for many travelers. The reasonable pricing makes it an attractive option for those mindful of their budget. The cleanliness of the setting is another important feature that contributes to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. For those searching within the 'camping near me' category, Frontier Campground offers a combination of affordability, cleanliness, and a genuinely friendly atmosphere, making it stand out as a potentially pleasant and hassle-free camping option.
Promotional information for Frontier Campground should emphasize the positive aspects highlighted in the customer reviews. The exceptional friendliness of the owner and staff, particularly Bob and Lynn, should be a key selling point. Phrases like "Friendly and helpful service," "Welcoming atmosphere," and "Reasonably priced" could be used to attract potential guests. The "clean setting" and the sense of community among campers ("everyone waves and polite great people") are also strong promotional points, suggesting a comfortable and enjoyable environment. For travelers passing through the area, the campground's willingness to accommodate short stays for rest is a significant benefit that should be promoted. Frontier Campground could be positioned as a reliable and pleasant stop for those exploring the region or needing a break from driving. Highlighting the "old time feel" could also appeal to those seeking a more traditional and less commercialized camping experience. Testimonials from satisfied customers, like the ones provided, would be valuable in promotional materials, showcasing the positive experiences of past guests.
For local users and those traveling through, contacting Frontier Campground directly at (352) 796-9988 or +1 352-796-9988 would be the best way to obtain detailed information about their services, availability, and pricing. Inquiring about the types of camping sites they offer (RV or tent), the amenities available (hookups, restrooms, showers), and any specific policies or reservation procedures would be essential for planning a stay. Given the positive feedback about the staff, potential guests can likely expect a friendly and helpful response to their inquiries. Checking online review platforms (beyond the provided snippets) might offer additional perspectives from other campers, providing a more comprehensive understanding of the campground experience. Jan 13, 2022 · Daniel Vorrasi (Voodoo)Nice place to live in or vacation. Heated pool, great environment. Management is very kind, and the owner is very fair. They even have a car dealership that, thanks to them, when my truck broke down, I was able to purchase a nice affordable vehicle that I'm very pleased with. They saved me from losing my employment so I'm greatfull for this place. So, if you are looking for a family oriented place to live in frontier is the spot.
