One practical consideration mentioned by a reviewer is "spotty cell service with Verizon." Given that it is a no-fee campground, detailed information about specific amenities might be limited online. Local users considering Goodenough Creek Campground might find it helpful to look for more recent information on camping forums or local outdoor recreation websites where other campers might have shared their experiences and any details about available facilities. Goodenough Creek Campground Reviews
Nice easy access campground near the interstate. Simple but perfect for quick stays and no fees. Recommended.
May 05, 2025 · Scott PayneClean, spots kinda close together. Spotty cell service with Verizon. We stayed 1 night, it was peaceful, noone bothered us except the hummingbird that kept trying to fly into our van. I tried to get a picture but was too slow.
Jun 03, 2024 · Happy WanderingEdit: Update! Came back to same camp spot a year later and the ground has been tore up to a soft mess and someone tore up the trees. Such a shame when people disrespect the land for absolutely no reason.Free. Pack in, pack out!! Keep it clean and behave here, this is a blessing. Small campground with 3 spots at the front and 6-8 spots in the back. Fire rings, nice size spaces, picnic tables, vault toilet, shade trees. Variety of birds, butterflies, snakes, rodents, mammals, etc. Stayed 8 days and thoroughly enjoyed my time. Pilot close by for gas, snacks, etc. Family Dollar further in town. Had verizon 3 bars of service. Peaceful place. Great for dirt bike riding the hills!
Aug 18, 2024 · HannaWe've been here twice and it's our yearly camping spot now! My girl was potty trained this time and took her to the outhouse and was EXTREMELY impressed with it! Smelt great (right?!) Had plenty of TP and no bugs in it. Went later, in the heat of the day and thought for sure it would be different. Nope. Still smelt great, one fly and two beetles. My daughter said, "Outhouses are the best!" 😂 I think my sis in law might ACTUALLY come out with us next year! 🤣
Sep 04, 2024 · Christine MeltonBeautiful free campsite! We stopped here on our drive between Grand Teton/Yellowstone National Parks and Salt Lake City. Arrive by mid-afternoon to get a spot. If all the main RV/tent sites are taken, try driving down the dirt road for additional tent sites. We stayed one night in each area of the campground in a campervan. Both had picnic tables, fire pits, and access to restrooms.
