Goumaz Campground Reviews
Gorgeous little campground with an even more beautiful river flowing through. The fish were biting but challenging to hook. I would definitely come back and visit this area again.
Aug 28, 2024 · Fishing Paradise CaliforniaCamping area is small and quaint. It has a few fire rings and tables that sit beside a small creek. It's shaded nicely and has a restroom. There's a lot of nearby hiking and woodsy roads to explore. Across the dirt road is a bridge with a runout of the same creek, and if you follow that you'll come to another bridge, follow the dirt road through the open gate. That opens to a gorge that flows the Susanville River (see pics). Keep bear spray with you; I've seen 3 now in just over a month. 🐻
