Harrison City RV Park Reviews
Thanks to an earlier than usual check-in. My wife and I were able to get in an excellent round-trip ride to Plummer before the rain came. The suggestion to have lunch at the Gateway diner was excellent. Mike greeted us when we arrived and made our one night visit here very easy.
Oct 05, 2024 · bob gouldIt's a great location for access to the bike trail, boating, and having a party by the lake, but you know, keep it down. Also, it's an easy one block walk to restaurants or the grocery store. The marina, bar and restaurant are literally right next door. I'm not into boats, bit this place comes with boat slips. Wild! Didn't go 5 stars because we did go on the off season, which was still great, except I was expecting the showers to still be accessible and they weren't - easily could have been on the website. Is suggest giving the city a call if you're going at a low time of year, just to see what is what. They were helpful when I called. 👍
Oct 29, 2021 · Jesse FranzenTruly a beautiful place. So mismanaged. We were here for 2 days with no water. As well as promised shower amenities with no hot water for 12 days. And absolutely no compensation for the $650 we paid to be here. Buyer beware all we were told was there was a change in management they were not supposed to rent the spaces yet because they weren't prepared but no compensation for the things we were promised with no repercussions to the city of Harrison or us just we took your money and didn't give you what we promised buyer beware
Apr 28, 2021 · Jim BebeeWe stayed at Harrison RV campground for one night. Hosts Mike and Marla and friend Steve went the extra mile to help us when we locked our keys in our camper. Thank you!!
Aug 06, 2024 · Darlene KozubSorry, but this campground was not really worth what we paid for it. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet paper would not dispense and the hand soap was empty the whole weekend. The campground host was friendly the one time we saw her, but was unavailable the rest of the time. I understand there is a renovation in the works for the future. I hope this is true, because it has the potential to be a great resource for the community.
