Hot Springs National Park KOA Holiday Reviews
I know a lot is going on (my understanding was just bought to be a KOA) There is construction, nothing disturbing, putting in paw pens, new outdoor furniture etc.. If you like to walk, you will get exercise. It has a lot of hills, I did like how it's not all in a row (rvs) . There are 4 over here, 5 there, 6 there etc.. nice layout.Staff was friendly. when I was able to walk the hill & go into the store (health issues) She got me a ride back to my rig.there are shady spots a lot we asked for more open for our satellite dishHad lights at all spots you could turn on at night.clean restrooms. If we return to Hot Springs we will come back here, very close to town, less than 10 miles where you can walk around with no problem.

The staff in the office were incredibly helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It was so convenient to have propane and supplies available right on the property, which made our stay even easier. If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-run RV park near Hot Springs National Park, this is the place to be! We’ll definitely be back.

A special shoutout to Jesse, who went out of his way to help us get our propane filled up—his kindness and professionalism really stood out.The campground itself is beautifully maintained, with clean facilities and well-kept grounds. The fishing pond is absolutely gorgeous—a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy nature. Whether you’re looking to unwind by the water or explore the local area, this KOA is the perfect home base.We highly recommend this campground and will definitely be back on our next trip through Hot Springs!
Mar 20, 2025 · kyle calabreseThis was our second time staying here. In our novice KOA experience, this is the best one that we've stayed at so far. The property layout is great, and the staff is excellent! There is plenty for the kids and pets to do. Plenty of space to stretch your legs. I hear there are many improvements coming to the property in the near future. We look forward to visiting again!
Apr 06, 2025 · Alex SmithThis experience was great! The first night we were in a tent and the staff allowed us to change sites if we wanted a different one. There were storms that night and the staff made us fully prepared by texting updates about safety locations and other accommodations. The second night the tent areas were flooded from the storms and the amazing staff upgraded us to a lodge to make our stay more comfortable. The staff is very friendly and outgoing and willing to accommodate you for your trip needs!
