Columbia Riverfront RV Park Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Woodland, Washington area? Columbia Riverfront RV Park, located at 1881 Dike Rd, Woodland, WA 98674, USA, is situated along the Columbia River. If you are considering a stay here, it's crucial to be aware of some potentially restrictive policies based on recent customer feedback. You can contact the park at (360) 225-2227 or via mobile phone at +1 360-225-2227 for inquiries and reservations; however, be sure to ask specific questions about their policies before booking.
Based on the limited reviews available, Columbia Riverfront RV Park appears to have specific policies that prospective guests should be aware of, particularly regarding cancellations and the age of their RVs. One reviewer recounts a negative experience related to the park's cancellation policy. They had booked a site a few hours before their planned late-night arrival but experienced car trouble en route, forcing them to spend the night in a rest area. Upon contacting the park the following morning to explain the situation, they were informed that they were not entitled to a refund because they had not canceled at least 24 hours in advance. This was the case even though the booking was made on the same day as the intended arrival, and the cancellation occurred after the office was already closed. This experience highlights a potentially inflexible cancellation policy that may not take into account unforeseen circumstances, even for very short-notice bookings.
Another significant policy highlighted in the reviews is a restriction based on the age of the RV. One potential guest reports being denied a stay at Columbia Riverfront RV Park because their RV was over ten years old. They emphasize that their 22-year-old RV is well-maintained both inside and out and, in their opinion, looks better than some newer RVs that have not been as well cared for. Despite sending pictures of all four sides of their RV, their reservation request was rejected solely based on its age. This policy is critical for anyone traveling in an RV older than ten years to be aware of, as it could lead to a denial of service regardless of the RV's condition. The reviewer expressed feeling unfairly judged by this policy.
The limited information available makes it difficult to describe the environment, services, and features of Columbia Riverfront RV Park in detail. The reviews primarily focus on these restrictive policies rather than the park's amenities or surroundings. The name "Columbia Riverfront RV Park" suggests a location with potential river views and possibly river access, which could be an attractive feature for some travelers. However, the reviews do not provide any specific information about the quality of the sites, the availability of hookups (water, sewer, electricity), or any other amenities such as restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, or recreational areas.
Given the lack of positive or descriptive feedback regarding the park's environment and services, it is impossible to provide a balanced introduction based solely on the available reviews. The two reviews present significant concerns about the park's policies, which could heavily influence a potential guest's decision to stay there. The strict cancellation policy, especially for same-day bookings, and the outright rejection of RVs over a certain age are crucial pieces of information for anyone considering Columbia Riverfront RV Park.
Considering the category "RV parks near me," local users searching for a place to stay in their recreational vehicles should be particularly mindful of these reported policies at Columbia Riverfront RV Park. If you anticipate the possibility of last-minute changes to your travel plans, the strict 24-hour cancellation policy, even for same-day bookings, could result in a loss of payment. Furthermore, if your RV is more than ten years old, you may not be permitted to stay at this park, regardless of its condition or upkeep. It would be prudent to inquire specifically about any RV age restrictions when contacting the park for reservations.
Due to the limited and negative nature of the available reviews, it is impossible to provide any information about promotional offers or the positive aspects of staying at Columbia Riverfront RV Park. The existing feedback serves as a cautionary note for potential guests to be aware of these specific policies before making a booking. It underscores the importance of asking detailed questions about the park's rules and regulations when making a reservation.
In conclusion, while Columbia Riverfront RV Park in Woodland, Washington, may offer a location along the Columbia River, potential guests should be aware of its strict 24-hour cancellation policy, which appears to apply even to same-day bookings and unforeseen travel disruptions. Additionally, the park reportedly has a policy of not allowing RVs older than ten years, regardless of their condition. These policies could significantly impact the experience of travelers. Local users searching for "RV parks near me" should consider these potential restrictions and inquire directly with the park about their current policies before making a reservation. Without further information, it is difficult to comment on the environment, services, or features of the park beyond these reported limitations.

Columbia Riverfront RV Park Reviews
We booked a site a few hours before planning to arrive at this place (late night arrival), but faced car issues along the way and had to spend the night in a rest area. This all happened after the office was already closed. When calling Riverfront first thing in the morning to explain why we didn't show up, they didn't care for the reason, and said we aren't entitled for a refund since we didn't cancel at least 24 hours in advance, even though we booked it same day, and they where at
Apr 22, 2025 · Gershon FitusiWe were not allowed to stay here in our RV because it is over ten years old. We have owned this RV for 22 years and it is well maintained inside and out. Looks better than some ten year old RVs that have not been well maintained. We sent them pictures of all four sides and were rejected. If you are over ten years old, don’t bother trying to make reservations.I guess this park thinks we are white trash.
Dec 27, 2024 · L LaneStayed here on Dec 9th, 10th and 11th with our mini schnauzer Willie. I usually spend 15 to 20 nights here every year, but due to busy schedule, only was able to do 9 nights. I come here because it is only 25 miles from my residence, it's always well maintained and being right on the river the view is amazing. Small boats to huge freighters go by frequently. Park is close to Woodland with large stores and plenty of places to eat. There is a large R/V dealer in Woodland with a great service dept and lots of R/V items in their store. I have been coming here for over 20 years and because the park is so well managed, very few issues arise. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Again, this R/V park us extremely well maintained and managed.
Dec 15, 2024 · David SasseenColumbia Riverfront RV Park is located in a fabulous location with absolutely no highway noise that is typical of many RV parks. My wife and I enjoyed a riverfront site. Utility hookups provided flexibility to place our class A motorhome in front end first which offered a marvelous private view to the west. Park staff even offered to lend a 50A electrical extension cord if needed.
Dec 14, 2024 · Jeff GoddardWe had a very relaxing time at the park. I only wish that we had a River Front Site! It would have added a whole new level of relaxation. Although our stay was but a few days we definitely would stay here again. Very clean park, well groomed and taken care of. Our encounters with staff were all very helpful. Lots of rules though… other than that a great stay.
