HTR Niagara Campground & Resort Reviews
I know it sounds silly, but i called them not even 30 min ago. My family member was bring our travel trailer back from west Seneca(dewinterization/resealing/somethings fixed) and planning to park it at our storage location around the corner. She realized once she got on the thruway but around the grand island entrance it was trying to fishtail. The trailer was driving like it was weighed down. I immediately called up HTR and spoke to a nice lady about paying to dump what Camping world left inside of it and failed to drain. $10.00 later and she was on her way back to the storage place around the corner. HTR really saved our trailer today, if the nasty water that was in there would have sat it may have stunk the trailer up or caused a fishtail on out next adventure. So thankful for HTR for allowing us a quick dump. We will try to make it here for a few days in the summer, their pool is absolutely fabulous from previous experience. Highly recommend HTR. Their employees are always so nice and helpful.
Apr 19, 2025 · Felicia CummingsThis is a very clean, well organized place that has a beautiful lake, different areas of play for kids, and friendly staffm Shower stalls were spacious and bathrooms always clean. We did not stay in a cabin but an RV site.
Apr 28, 2025 · Jean NSadly, I must report that our time at Branches of Niagara was not pleasant. We paid for a two-day deluxe cabin, which was inconveniently located near a public restroom and basically by the entrance! Throughout the day and night, people walked through our campsite past our cabin to use the restroom all while my family was trying to relax by the fire and/or enjoy a meal outside! If someone wasnt walking through our campsite, cars were constantly driving by, not safe for my kiddos to play. It certainly didn't feel like we were camping. The (in the wall) AC unit filter was dirty and disgusting. The Kurig coffee machine was broken. And I'm not sure what the bedding was filled with, but it was extremely uncomfortable. We were very disappointed. We left a day early, giving up our second night that we already paid for. My kids however did enjoy the pool and zip line and they have a cute store.
Mar 11, 2025 · NC MWe stayed at HTR Niagara in a travel trailer one night in October while traveling from Oregon to Maine. We stopped for a night so that we could see Niagara Falls before moving on. We arrived after dark so we didn't get an opportunity to explore the campground. From what we could tell it looked like a nice place to stay for a longer time. We did utilize the shower house/bathroom. It was very clean and we really appreciated it being heated! The late check-in instructions were easy to understand. We would stay here again if the opportunity arose.
Nov 04, 2024 · Terry GriffisThis campground is awesome! The sites are incredibly spacious, and the facilities are spotless and modern. There's a ton to keep kids entertained, too. We loved the location right on the lake. Our cabin was a dream - it had everything we needed, including a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a lovely porch. Our favorite memory was sitting by the campfire at the lake and watching the sunset. Don't miss this campground if you're exploring Niagara Falls!
