Indian Head Campground Reviews
Perfect RV park in a perfect location! The staff is super friendly and extraordinarily helpful. I was en route to New England and had some truck trouble so I searched the area for a place to put the camper and was lucky enough to find this great park. Upon check-in I inquired about diesel mechanics in the area and the young man working the desk went out of his way to connect me to a great local mechanic, Freddy, who got me on my way in a day. Thanks again to everyone!

Oct 25, 2024 · john wallOur favorite campground! It's close to the Bloomsburg fair grounds and Knobles, on the Susquehanna, very well maintained, and family owned! We have met the nicest people at this campground. And the family that owns it is absolutely fantastic in every way! They make everyone feel welcome. We have been to many campground, but this BY FAR is the best!
Oct 01, 2024 · AdrienneWe were attending a conference in Bloomsburg and also visiting with friends who were traveling in a motorhome so we decided to take our travel trailer to Indian Head CG so that we could visit with them. The location was pretty and also very convenient to where our conference was. The full hook-up sites were a bit narrow but well-appointed with cement pad, picnic table, fire ring, and, of course, electric, water, sewer. The owner was both accommodating and nice to talk with. We were there Wednesday through Friday so it was quiet. Also, a nice area to take a walk. If we need to camp around Bloomsburg again, we’ll come here.
Oct 22, 2024 · Lisa SchusterWe were treated very rudely by a young child of the owners— accused of speeding and cursing at kids. When we tried to get clarification on what they were talking about, the young child attempted to reprimand us because he “heard” we were speeding and cursing. Neither of these things held any merit. In all our years of camping, we have never had an experience like this.Of note, we were super flexible when we arrived and someone was already setup in our spot (Friday). We were also super flexible when they lost electric to our tower and let us know we may have to move again (Saturday). As we were leaving the campground Saturday night (going a low enough speed that it wouldn’t register on the vehicle) the young child screamed at us in front of a group of people to “SLOW DOWN”- we initially thought he was joking. As we came to a stop, he was screaming at us that he heard we’ve been speeding and cursing at kids.Literally never been treated like this before- especially not from a kid.I would advise everyone to stay far away from this campground. At the very least, read some other reviews before you book your site.
