The best in the park! in terms of solidarity. Seriously epic, only thing is marmots, goats, elk, deer, and bears will likely come by your tent at night as you will be sweaty with salt soaked gear by the time you reach this impressive backcountry campground. sites were surprisingly level, bugs are extremely bad here. its absolutely gorgeous at and around the lake. I really enjoyed the huge rock at the cookarea. theres also streams with big flow to filter water at camp. just try n keep all your gear inside because there are so many animals in the area. Also the pit toliet is so cool and in a funny spot its literally outside in the woods. we even saw a moose at gunsight lake and mirror pond - Ben “Benny bass” C
