Locust Lane Campground Reviews
Jds pizza leaving a 2 star review bc someone told their driver to slow down, I seriously don’t understand how anyone could miss both speed limits signs pulling in. the campground has a lot of kids that play outside running all over that’s why the speed limit is 5 miles per hour and you will be told to slow down by owners and campers bc it’s a safety issue for the kids. I tried jds pizza last year it’s horrible
Feb 23, 2025 · Anthony AmiconeI am the manager of Jd's Pizza in Conneaut. Tonight one of our drivers went in trying to drop off a delivery. On his way in, he was met by someone in a golf cart (not the person who ordered) and they asked him to slow down. He said he was going 7mph at best. On his way out, the man stopped him again and got very rude with him and proceeded to throw an open beer into our drivers car. It hit him in the shoulder as well as spilling all over him and his car. We understand this is not the camps fault as a whole, but this is not the first time our drivers have had difficulties there. This may be the last time we allow your campers to order delivery unless something can be arranged to stop further issues :/
Jun 03, 2023 · Kia Thomasi grew up camping here and at the Big D back when Andy and Barb owned it. My family (The Voss and Clinton family) were great friends of theirs. We later moved to the Locust Lane sites right next to the old Big D when it closed. We stayed there for many years.... I am now in my 40s and have a family of my own. Do you have any spots available where we could put a camper? Some of my favorite memories surround this campground
Jan 24, 2023 · Michael ApicelloThis campground is so pleasant and generally quiet. A great fishing place. Only 15 minutes to lake Erie and the walleye are biting. No tents allowed and we are full. So sorry.
Oct 01, 2017 · Rosemarie KoskoTheir prices have gotten so expensive that it doesn't pay to shop in there it's a quick grab and go you can't do anything else
