They have coin laundry, restrooms and showers in the storm shelter area. Very well maintained. I felt very safe there, everyone was so friendly and helpful! It has a playground and is next to a water park. Sits along the Winnebago River. Highly recommend.

Aug 21, 2024 · Buffy ChixClean and Beautiful campground, a little off the beaten path but right next to a Water Park and if you purchase your water park tickets from the Campgrounds office they are a dollar per person! I did faintly here a train in the the morning but it was time to get up anyway and we were in a tent. There is a nice playground located next to the office.
Jul 01, 2018 · CovenGreat place to stay. Very quiet and close to bike trails, river and city pool.
May 12, 2024 · Jeff OmansWe came to Mason City for a PGI Convention, and we decided to stay here, instead of at the convention(too noisy, fireworks going off at all hours etc.). We had read some not so great reviews about the Campground, but, decided to give it a chance. We checked in with Larry(?), the owner, and he was extremely pleasant, with just a tad bit of sarcasm. Perfect! Needless to say, we were here for 7 nights, and besides the storms Mother Nature brought us, we were never woken up by rowdy, loud people(or anything, for that matter). Beautiful place, grounds always kept up, great owners, great neighbors.... I could go on and on! Oh, and you've GOTTA get one of the ice cream sandwiches from the office store!! Thanks for the great time, we will be back!!
