Feb 25, 2023 · Judy Hogg Nathanial KleinVery nice small campground. We tent-camped for 3 nights. Every site seems to be thoughtfully laid out, level and well equipped with fire pits and picnic tables. A bit close to the highway but there wasn’t much overnight traffic in early September. The creek helps drown out that noise.
Sep 07, 2024 · Ed AAbsolutely wonderuful National Forest campground. One of my favorites. Creek nearby, many tall pines, hence the name. Enough space between the sites for enough privacy. Saw some deer and I'm sure plenty of opportunity to see other wildlife.
