Maple Canyon Campground Reviews
So beautiful and great sites available. We love how well kept this campground is and the cleanliness of the restrooms is excellent. If you are looking for a small campground with amazing views and feels fairly private then this place is it!
Jul 06, 2024 · SSWe had a blast here! Got the guys together to go camp and relax for the weekend and this was a great spot. You have to be careful because if you don’t reserve a spot, they fill up super quick on weekends. We didn’t go rock climbing but that’s what it looked like most people were there to do. Would recommend as a place for those that live in Utah but want to get away to somewhere nearby.
Aug 04, 2017 · Michael ThurmanMaple canyon is a great place to climb or hike around. The campsites are clean and everyone that comes and goes is respectful, so you won't find any broken beer bottles you might typically find. During the busy season I would suggest calling in advance to reserve a spot or get there early to use one of the first come first serve sites. There are plenty of bathrooms around and it is kid-friendly. The rock is unique and fun for first timers! Will definitely be coming again.
Jul 30, 2018 · sarah guiaoNice place to get away. If you looked to climb, this canyon in a must visit.
Aug 08, 2022 · Bryan GardnerI grew up here but it has been several years since I have been here. There have been many improvements and many additional camping areas added. You will need to plan ahead if you want a camp spot, they fill up early during peak climbing season. There are a few hiking trails and a cool box canyon about 1/2 mile down from the campground. Pit toilets are available near the main group of camp sites.Day fees do apply although an America the Beautiful / Natl Parks Pass will work. Camping fees are not covered as part of the pass.
