Oct 05, 2024 · Kim HThe nicest town and campground you'll find, watch a race, a small town baseball game and whatever else youd like to do! It's as good as it gets for a small town! Has all the main amenities, Walmart, Hardware/Country Stores, Dirt Track Racing, Go Carts, Lake Red Rock, Whitebreast is also very nice!
Oct 25, 2024 · Dustin WoodsCan't give 5 stars for rooms or service, because they don't exist here. That being said, it's a clean campground that has about everything you will need for a quiet, relaxing break away. The restroom is even clean, and includes showers. The playgrounds are new, and fun. The fishing areas are clean. I noticed nothing lying on shore, no tangled up messes in trees, etc. there's no garbage lying around anywhere. The bugs weren't out of control, and there were no funky smells from anywhere in the park. There's plenty of tent and RV parking. There's even a basketball court, and a baseball field, if that's your thing. Being in town, everything you could need is a hop, skip and a jump away. The people were all friendly, no drunkenness occurred, or loud rowdiness even at night. It was a very family and children friendly park. Will definitely recommend and definitely return.
May 31, 2024 · Lesli HomrighausenNice place to walk and camp. They have full hookups (water, electricity, and sewer) as well as just electric and some primitive. Gorgeous scenery despite being in City limits. Considering it is just off of the highway, it is pretty quiet. Lot of trees.Update. Was there in October and the showers were nasty! Have never seen that bad before. Used to be clean all the time. Used them once then opted for the RV this time 😵💫
