R V's Full Facility Camp Grnds Introduce
For local adventurers in Knoxville, Iowa, and the surrounding areas searching for "camping near me," R V's Full Facility Camp Grnds, located at 1714 N Lincoln St, presents itself as a potentially convenient option, particularly for RV travelers seeking comprehensive amenities. While detailed information about the campground's environment and extensive features may require direct inquiry, existing customer reviews offer valuable insights into its services and some aspects of the overall experience.
One long-term visitor highlights the campground's key advantage: full hookups, including water, electric, and sewer connections. This is a significant benefit for RV owners, providing the convenience and comfort of having all essential utilities readily available at their site. The reviewer, who has stayed at R V's Full Facility Camp Grnds for the past four years, also mentions a nightly rate of $50, which they consider reasonable. Their consistent return to the same spot each September for a three-day stay suggests a level of satisfaction with the campground and its offerings, at least for their specific needs and duration of stay.
This positive feedback indicates that R V's Full Facility Camp Grnds caters well to RVers looking for reliable and complete utility hookups. The fact that a customer has secured the same spot for multiple years implies the possibility of reserving specific sites, which can be advantageous for those who have a preferred location within the campground.
However, another review introduces a crucial consideration, particularly for individuals who work night shifts. This visitor described the location as "nice" overall but noted that it might not be suitable for night workers. They had paid for a month-long stay but found a place closer to their work and left after only seven days. Unfortunately, the campground's policy, in this instance, was not to prorate the monthly fee down to a weekly rate. The customer only received a refund for the unused electricity. This experience underscores the importance of understanding the campground's policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and long-term stays, especially if your travel plans might be subject to change or if your lifestyle requires specific accommodations during the day.
Considering the platform category "camping near me," R V's Full Facility Camp Grnds offers a local option with the significant advantage of full RV hookups. For Knoxville residents or those traveling to the area with RVs, this could be a primary factor in their decision-making process. The consistent positive experience of a returning customer for shorter stays further reinforces the campground's ability to provide a satisfactory experience for some visitors.
However, the negative experience regarding the lack of prorated refunds for a longer, interrupted stay serves as a cautionary note. It highlights the need for clear communication and understanding of the campground's policies, especially concerning extended stays and potential early departures. If you are considering a longer stay at R V's Full Facility Camp Grnds, it would be prudent to discuss their policies on long-term rates, cancellations, and refunds in detail before committing.

R V's Full Facility Camp Grnds Reviews
We have stayed at this RV campground for the last 4 years it's $50 a night isn't to bad. I really like that it has water, electric and sewer hook ups. We have always got the same spot every year. We stay 3 days in September and have a great time.
Jul 18, 2020 · Ciny LindNice place! But it you work nights not the place to stay. Paid for the spot for a month and found a place closer to my work. Was there for 7 days and they wouldn’t pro rate the amount for the 30 day stay to the week stay. Only got money back for electric use.
Aug 03, 2020 · Shelby CummerPut us on the side of a hill that also tipped down so getting level in the wet grass was out of the question. Being parked three foot from my neighbor on one side, two foot from the porta potty with 96 deg heat and 85 humidity was not fun. Messed up our first reservation. Two stars because they have shuttle to and from the track.
Dec 05, 2018 · MR. BThe attitude of the guy who answers the phone leaves a lot to be desired. If you don't get in your spot at least a week prior to the event, and you have a larger rig, forget it. In my opinion, the place is too small and they pack you in.
