A Beautiful and Secluded Environment with Natural Charm
The reviews for Meadowbrook Farm Camp Grounds consistently emphasize its beautiful and secluded environment. One long-time camper fondly recalls memories from the early 1980s, highlighting the natural features such as a pond for swimming, a creek for wading, and the presence of wild animals. The more recent review reinforces this, describing it as "a great place for people that like seclusion!" and indicating that the atmosphere remains peaceful and removed from the hustle and bustle of more crowded areas. The mention of a "field" and a "creek behind the field" suggests open areas for exploration and the soothing presence of flowing water. While the farm animals mentioned in the older review are no longer present, the natural charm of Meadowbrook Farm Camp Grounds continues to be a significant draw for those seeking a quiet escape in the Vermont countryside. - Waste Disposal Facilities: Proper waste disposal is essential for any campground. Meadowbrook Farm Camp Grounds likely provides designated areas for trash and may have a dump station for RVs engaged in boondocking.
- Potential for Basic Restroom Facilities: While the review doesn't mention bathrooms, it's possible that the campground offers basic restroom facilities, such as pit toilets or vault toilets, even if there are no flush toilets or showers connected to water hookups. Campers should inquire about these.
- Fire Pits or Communal Fire Area: Bonfires are a cherished camping tradition, as mentioned in the older review. The campground likely provides designated fire pits at individual sites or a communal area for campfires.
- Natural Recreational Opportunities: The presence of a creek suggests opportunities for wading and exploring, and the surrounding area likely offers space for hiking and nature observation.

Meadowbrook Farm Camp Grounds Reviews
This campground holds a very special place in my heart. I have so many memories camping here in the early 80s with my mom, dad and siblings. We always camped in the same camp site, we swam in the pond, waded in the creek behind the field, had a bonfire each night, saw wild animals. I remember the farm animals too. Now there are no longer farm animals or swimming but it’s still the same place with all the memories. I am planning on bringing my kids there next year to build new memories. It’s beautiful and secluded. You can’t ever be disappointed! I recommend 100%.
