ROAM Beyond Glacier, Montana Reviews
ROAM was the location for our wedding and we could not be happier as it was BEYOND perfect! All of our guests were from out of state and this was their first time to Montana. Their stay at ROAM will forever hold a place in their heart and be an amazing memory of Montana! The grounds were beautiful, the cabin and loft were perfect, but the lodge is the centerpiece and stunning! Corey and Christopher anticipated every need and then some! From helping guests with physical limitations, staying warm outside with electric blankets, providing the officiant a beautiful book to hold the ceremony script, to even steaming my father’s suit in preparation for the ceremony, they made our dreams come true! We knew our big day would be wonderful, but it was beyond our wildest dreams in part due to the entire team at ROAM. We will be forever grateful and will return again! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
Oct 15, 2024 · Faith HilterbrandWe absolutely loved our stay at Roam Beyond! The van sites are tidy and well-kept with thoughtful touches like a weather shelter cover, chairs, and on-site grills for some. The well-lit paths take you over to the barn and school house where they provide local coffee, excellent cooking setups, sinks, etc. We comfortably cooked amazing meals on the griddle and grill while hanging out with Dudley the resident goat (his paddock backs onto the barn area). The grounds are beautiful and taking an outdoor shower under the starry Montana sky was pretty magical. With the main lodge, cabins, and amenities next door, this place is the perfect match of camping and glamping with a wonderfully welcoming host. We can’t wait to come back!
Jul 15, 2024 · Wynne AndersonOur experience at Roam Beyond Glacier was 100% perfect! A family reunion brought us there, and Roam Beyond offered several different options and prices for accommodations, which worked really well for singles and family groups. From the Basecamp Adventure Cabin to the Roaming Cabins and the new drive-up sites, everyone had a comfortable stay. All the ‘extra’ facilities (including coffee at 7 AM in the School House) were an added plus. Cory and Chris were excellent onsite hosts, bending over backwards to make our stay the best possible. Clean, comfortable, priced right and in a spectacular location. What more can I say. Thanks Roam Beyond Team!
Jul 07, 2024 · Paul PutzierThis is a review only for Roam’s customer service. We called Roam last minute when our original lodging plans were in flux. The guy we worked with (unfortunately did not get his name) was awesome! He helped us with multiple unique ideas for lodging on their property, was super communicative and just overall really nice. Easy to imagine that everyone is as fantastic who works there. Big thanks! We are bummed it didn’t work out this time, but most definitely will stay next time we are in town.
Jul 24, 2024 · Meg ManazirStaying at ROAM Beyond Glacier was incredible!! The camper was very clean & comfortable, especially the bed! We also took advantage of the hot water, outdoor showers. Our favorite part was the wildlife! They have goats, chickens & wild turkeys! SO COOL!Its obvious the owners put a lot of thought into the needs of their guests. Fresh, local coffee was available every morning along with a wide selection of creamers & milk (that is hard to find around the park!) They had bear spray, bug spray, umbrellas, etc. available for use and everything on the property was very well maintained.Additionally, the location can't be beat! Short drive to the park, Whitefish & Kalispell. We would definitely come back & we HIGHLY recommend staying here for anyone who wants to feel connected to nature and still have modern amenities!
