Robies RV Park Introduce
Are you searching for a "camping near me" experience in the Wolfeboro, New Hampshire area? Robies RV Park, located at 139 Governor John Wentworth Hwy, Wolfeboro, NH 03894, presents itself as a local option for both RV and tent campers. To help you decide if this campground aligns with your needs, we've compiled an objective overview based on available information, including real customer reviews, within the context of the "camping near me" platform category.
The environment surrounding Robies RV Park in Wolfeboro, NH, is described by reviewers as "very nice" and a "great location." Wolfeboro is situated in the heart of the Lakes Region, offering access to the scenic beauty of Lake Winnipesaukee and its surrounding natural landscapes. This suggests that campers at Robies RV Park can likely expect a setting characterized by the charm of New Hampshire's lake country. While one review mentions being "packed in" with mostly seasonal campers, the general consensus points to a pleasant environment. The proximity to Lake Winnipesaukee hints at potential access to lake-related activities and scenic views, enhancing the overall appeal for those seeking "camping near me" with natural surroundings.
Based on the limited information available, we can infer some of the services offered at Robies RV Park. As an RV park, it is highly likely to provide essential hookups for recreational vehicles, such as electricity, water, and sewage disposal. The presence of seasonal campers suggests the availability of longer-term site rentals. One review mentions tent camping being accommodated, indicating that the park caters to different camping styles. The positive feedback regarding the owner being "very nice" and "welcoming" suggests a personal and potentially helpful management style. However, one specific service detail mentioned is a "$5 fee to put in" a kayak, which was a "real turnoff" for one guest. This indicates that while lake access might be available, there could be associated costs for certain activities. It's advisable for prospective campers to inquire directly about specific services and any associated fees by calling (603) 569-2732 or +1 603-569-2732.
The features of Robies RV Park can be gleaned from the customer reviews. The prevalence of seasonal campers suggests well-established and potentially desirable sites for long-term stays. The park is described as "clean," which is a significant positive feature for any campground. The fact that tent camping is allowed broadens its appeal within the "camping near me" category. However, one reviewer noted having to park "right in front of the owners house," which created a feeling of a lack of privacy. This suggests that site configurations might vary, and some sites might be in closer proximity to the main residence or other facilities. The mention of bringing a kayak implies that access to water activities is a potential feature of the location, although the associated launch fee should be considered. Overall, the features seem to cater to both RV and tent campers, with an emphasis on a clean and well-maintained environment, although site density and layout might be a consideration for some.
Currently, there is no explicit promotional information available in the provided text. To learn about any potential discounts, special offers, or seasonal rates at Robies RV Park, local users searching for "camping near me" should directly contact the park via the provided phone numbers: (603) 569-2732 or +1 603-569-2732. It is always recommended to inquire about pricing for different types of sites (RV vs. tent), the duration of stay, and any applicable fees (such as the kayak launch fee mentioned). Checking for availability, especially during peak season, is also crucial. Potential promotions might include off-season rates or discounts for extended stays, but this would need to be confirmed directly with the management.
In conclusion, Robies RV Park in Wolfeboro, NH, offers a "camping near me" option with a seemingly pleasant environment and welcoming owners. It accommodates both RV and tent campers and is located in the scenic Lakes Region, potentially offering access to Lake Winnipesaukee. However, prospective campers should be aware that the park can be "packed in" with mostly seasonal residents, and there might be fees for certain amenities like launching a kayak. Additionally, site configurations may vary, potentially impacting privacy. For local users considering Robies RV Park, it is highly recommended to contact them directly at (603) 569-2732 or +1 603-569-2732 to inquire about site availability, specific services and fees, and any current promotions to ensure it meets their individual camping needs.

Robies RV Park Reviews
Mostly seasonal campers and PACKED in. Park is clean, owner very nice, location very nice. We brought our Kayak but was told there was a $5 fer to put in which was real turnoff. We had to park right in front of the owners house which made it feel like we could have parked on our front lawn for same effect.
