Aug 07, 2024 · pfravelThis private campground was amazing. It is small and there are no crowds and the few RV sites there are removed from the tent areas and not even visible. We had two riverfront sites. They were shady and well maintained. The bathroom was immaculately clean and modern. The river was clean and refreshing and we swam for hours right out of our campsites. we brought our canoe and launched right next to our campsite. The kids fished, ran around, rafted, and swam and had the best weekend of their summer. And so did our dog! Thank you Mark for your hard work and dedication. You have created a beautiful place for us to enjoy nature.
Jul 15, 2024 · Carrie Van SoestThis is a great private campground. We booked a tent site for two nights, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There are only a handful of sites, so it was quiet and it felt like we had the property to ourselves. The bathhouse is clean and nice. No warm showers, but that didn't impact our stay. We were happy to rinse off in the gorgeous river right along the property! We will absolutely be back.
May 20, 2024 · Shannon GloverAmazing campground! We are avid campers and Sullivans Camp Cacapon is on our favorites list. It's perfect for families. Our group including young kids had so much fun in the river and the woods. There is also a multitude of outdoor activities to do in the surrounding area. The smaller size of the campground and secluded location prevents over crowding, which is a huge plus. The campsite area and restrooms are impeccably clean. The host provides great communication and goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome. Highly recommend!
