Tennissippi Introduce
For local users searching for "camping near me" in the Sevierville, Tennessee area, Tennissippi Campground, located at 3330 Line Springs Rd, Sevierville, TN 37862, USA, presents itself as a potentially appealing option. Reachable by phone at (865) 453-1111 or mobile at +1 865-453-1111, Tennissippi offers a location that some reviewers have described as awesome, peaceful, and quiet. However, it's important to consider all aspects of the available feedback to gain a comprehensive understanding of what this campground might offer.
The environment surrounding Tennissippi Campground appears to be a significant positive aspect, with one reviewer specifically mentioning a "spectacular view." This suggests that the location on Line Springs Road in Sevierville could offer scenic vistas of the surrounding landscape, potentially including the beautiful Smoky Mountains that draw many visitors to this region of Tennessee. The peaceful and quiet atmosphere, also noted by a reviewer who lived there for a year and a half, indicates that Tennissippi might provide a tranquil escape from the more crowded tourist areas, allowing for a relaxing camping experience immersed in nature's serenity.
In terms of services, the information available is somewhat mixed. One long-term resident described the campground as "decent" and mentioned no issues with the landlord over their extended stay, provided that rules are followed and respect is shown. This suggests that for some, particularly long-term residents who adhere to the campground's guidelines, Tennissippi can be a satisfactory place to stay. The allowance of small pets is also highlighted as a "huge plus," making it a potentially attractive option for campers who travel with their furry companions.
However, another reviewer who rented twice experienced significant issues with the landlord's responsiveness to maintenance requests. They reported multiple breakdowns within a week of renting, including the AC, refrigerator, and heat. Despite promises of repair, the reviewer stated that after two months of waiting, the issues remained unresolved, leading to a strong recommendation against staying there. This feedback raises concerns about the level of maintenance and support provided to renters, particularly those in campers or longer-term setups.
The features of Tennissippi Campground can be inferred to some extent from the reviews. The availability of long-term stays suggests that the campground likely offers sites suitable for extended periods, potentially with hookups for RVs or the possibility of renting campers on a weekly or monthly basis. The mention of spectacular views indicates that some campsites might benefit from advantageous positioning to appreciate the natural scenery. The pet-friendly policy, allowing small pets, is a notable feature for pet owners. However, the negative review also mentions that renters might be expected to pay a significant weekly rate (over $200) and potentially bear the cost of fixing problems with their rented campers out of pocket, which is a crucial consideration for prospective guests.
Given the conflicting feedback, it's challenging to definitively outline the services and features without further information or clarification from the campground management. Potential services that might be offered at Tennissippi, common to many campgrounds, could include water and electrical hookups for RVs, sewage disposal, and possibly basic amenities like picnic tables and fire rings at campsites. The extent of restroom and shower facilities is not mentioned in the reviews and would be an important factor for many campers to consider. Similarly, information about recreational facilities, such as laundry, Wi-Fi, or communal areas, is absent.
Regarding promotional information, there are no specific offers mentioned in the provided text. To inquire about current rates, availability, and any potential discounts for short-term or long-term stays, interested local users should contact Tennissippi Campground directly using the provided phone numbers: (865) 453-1111 or +1 865-453-1111. It would also be prudent to inquire about their policies regarding maintenance and repairs, especially if considering renting a camper on-site.
In conclusion, Tennissippi Campground near Sevierville, TN, offers a location that some guests have found to be peaceful, quiet, and boasting spectacular views. Its pet-friendly policy and suitability for long-term stays are also potential advantages. However, prospective campers should be aware of the negative feedback regarding the landlord's responsiveness to maintenance issues and the potential costs associated with renting and repairing campers on-site. For local users searching for "camping near me," Tennissippi presents a mixed picture based on the available reviews. It is highly recommended to conduct further inquiry, perhaps by contacting the campground directly and seeking more recent reviews from various online platforms, to make an informed decision about whether this campground meets your specific needs and expectations for a camping experience in the Sevierville area.

Tennissippi Reviews
I've lived here for a year and a half. The campground is decent and quiet. I've never had any issues with the landlord. As long as you follow the few rules and be respectful. Its a nice place. Location is awesome.
Sep 29, 2021 · Stacy WrightLandlord refuses to fix anything. I rented from there twice both times within a week almost everything.broke down. Ac. The fridge. Heat. Landlord said he would fix but after two months of waiting it became clear he would not. 100% would not recommend. On a plus side the view was spectacular. Peaceful and quite. Small pets are allowed so that's a huge plus. But be prepared to pay $200 or more a week plus having to fix all the problems with the campers out of pocket.
