Sep 25, 2024 · Bill CarmellCampground is out in the country on the back of a working cattle farm, you wont hear a highway, traffic. You will hear a cow, maybe a rooster or guinea off in the distance. The shade trees are great around the camper sites. The sites are white rock and pretty darn level. Hookups are all new. If you want a small quiet campground this is a good one. The owners are great people
Sep 24, 2023 · RobertBeen here for a while. Extended stay. The park is still be added on to. Making a already nice park into a greater one. My stay here has been very therapeutic . Surrounded by beautiful farm land. Horses, Cows , rolling fields and Ponds. Nice river access just a mile and a half away. The drive to and from the park, deer turkey and other wildlife can be seen going about the day. Two spotted twins just today, didn't seem to mind that I stopped the truck and watched them. Beautiful babies. At night nothing but the sound of woodland creatures can be heard. Very peaceful to say the least. The hospitality and genuine concern of the owners Mark and Katrina is top notch. A must experience. Tucked away in the heart of the Ozarks.
