The accommodations at Untamed Honey Glampsites are clearly a standout feature. One guest who stayed in the “Queen Bee” unit described it as "amazing from start to finish," specifically highlighting the "so comfortable" beds and the "relaxing" decor. This emphasis on comfort is a hallmark of glamping, offering a restful night's sleep that might be elusive in a traditional tent. The reviewer also noted that "every single touch has had so much thought put into it," indicating a high level of attention to detail in the design and outfitting of the glamping units. This suggests that guests can expect well-appointed spaces that go beyond basic camping amenities.
Modern conveniences are also a key aspect of the experience at Untamed Honey Glampsites. The "Queen Bee" unit featured a flawlessly working "AC and heating system," ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the outside temperature, "the same as if we were in a house." This is a significant upgrade from traditional camping, allowing guests to enjoy the outdoors without being at the mercy of the elements. The presence of "Plenty of seating, hammocks, and supplies for our stay" further enhances the comfort and convenience, providing ample space to relax both indoors and outdoors. The thoughtful inclusion of small but essential items, such as creamer in the fridge (a detail appreciated by one guest who had forgotten it), demonstrates the owners' commitment to guest comfort.
Another guest who stayed in a yurt echoed the sentiment about the exceptional accommodations, noting "the most comfortable beds, mini fridge for food and drinks, heat and air!, fans which my husband and daughter were grateful for(fan sleepers lol), Coffee pot with coffee and creamer…" These amenities further illustrate the level of comfort and convenience provided, making it easy for guests to settle in and enjoy their stay without the hassles of basic camping. Waking up to the smell of coffee and enjoying it with a "beautiful view" adds to the overall experience.

The lake provides opportunities for fishing and potentially other water-related activities, enhancing the recreational aspect of the stay. The bonfire area offers a social space for guests to relax, share stories, and enjoy the warmth of a fire under the stars. The peacefulness of the location is highlighted by a guest who recommended trying a weekday stay for an even quieter and calmer experience, feeling like they had "the lake to ourselves!"

This suggests that while the glamping units offer a comfortable and private sleeping and living space, essential facilities like bathrooms are easily accessible. The specific type and quality of the bathrooms are not detailed, but their convenient location is a definite plus for guests.
The exceptional hospitality provided by the owners, particularly Jana, is consistently praised. One guest felt like they had "made a friend" and found a new regular place to stay. The personal touches, such as the welcome cupcakes, and the overall care and thoughtfulness put into the guest experience, contribute significantly to the positive reviews and the desire of guests to return. Untamed Honey Glampsites Reviews
Everything about our stay in the “Queen Bee” was amazing from start to finish. The beds are so comfortable, the decor is so relaxing and you can tell that every single touch has had so much thought put into it. The AC and heating system worked flawlessly to keep us comfortable the same as if we were in a house. Plenty of seating, hammocks, and supplies for our stay. I was so thrilled to see creamer in the fridge, as it was the one thing I forgot to pack. Jana, you were amazing and I feel like I’ve made a friend and found a new place for our family to stay on our annual Graves Mountain Rock Swap and Dig trip. Thank you for the cupcakes, the luxurious hive, and an unforgettable trip. Would recommend the hives to anyone!
Apr 29, 2024 · Samantha MedlinWhat a wonderful experience! The owners really put every thought into everything! The yurt had the most comfortable beds, mini fridge for food and drinks, heat and air!, fans which my husband and daughter were grateful for(fan sleepers lol), Coffee pot with coffee and creamer… was great to wake up to the smell of coffee and enjoy it with the beautiful view! Enjoy smores at the bonfire, fishing at the lake, lounging in the hammock. My daughter saw a deer while she walked looking at shells and critter prints. Bathrooms were right behind us, which was convenient. I could go on and on! This is definitely an amazing experience you don’t want to miss! And definitely try a weekday also, as it was so quiet and calm! We felt like we had the lake to ourselves!
Sep 11, 2024 · Katrina OberleI had the most wonderful time at Untamed Honey Glampsight. Everything was perfect. The tent I stayed in was the Bees Knees. It was furnished with two queen beds,A/C,fridge,coffee pot and even games. It’s in the perfect location on Clark’s hill lake. Peaceful, quiet and The best fishing I have ever had! I will definitely Stay here again!!!
Apr 22, 2024 · Yvette WilsonThe location is easy to find, and offers so many conveniences. There is a restaurant close by, a small store, and a (lake) beach area. The tents are so well put together, it was like a hotel; VERY CLEAN rooms and on site bathrooms, and the beds are so comfy. We stayed in late May, and the room stayed cold all night, thanks to the a/c and all the fans offered as well. We really enjoyed the lake view, grilling at our site, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, and fishing. I would 100% recommend this camp site for couples and families.
May 19, 2024 · Brittni Self100 % recommend!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!!Our 1st official outting since becoming empty nesters. The only downside is that we were having such a great time that we were paranoid that all 6 kids & 5 grandkids were gonna show up. The luxury & attention to every little detail added to relaxation. Big shout out to God for the Full Moon reflecting on the lake AND for the gorgeous pink/orange/blue sunrise - Lord you out did yourself once again !! We’re not robe people, but “when in Rome”, lol, we rocked those waffle robes all weekend!. We unplugged, restored, reconnected, and refreshed…and after 33 yrs of raising kids, this was well needed. I realized that my husband might not get on my nerves like I thought he would for the next 33 years. We actually even had fun cooking together. It was nice to have a place not so far to drive, yet felt 1000 miles away. Thanks to the Paige & Jana for providing such a blessed place. Our favorite things were: the location, price, super clean, the green-tea mattress (I will be getting one of the for my home!) , the serene decor & subtle relaxing scent in the yurt, and the patience you gave my husband when helping him book (this literally was his first time, so thanks for patiently walking him through it.). Words seriously can’t express how much we loved this place!
