Valley Bear Farms Reviews
I visited for a tour of their new farm and met some staff. They were all very sweet and down-to-earth, super welcoming and fun people to be around. They are currently working on a beautiful organic garden and a future showcase garden that will look even more beautiful, fully grown and blossoming in the summer months. They clearly show an appreciation for our Mother Earth and want to make their farm as regenerative and organic as possible. This is definitely a place I want to continue to support and visit because of that.We got to see a few other sights on the property, like the sauna, swimming pond (with a waterfall feature!), and bathroom facilities, which were all super well-kept and seem like a great vacation option for those coming from cities wanting to experience comfort and wilderness simultaneously.
Apr 24, 2025 · Marcella SteeleMy wife and I had a great stay at Valley Bear. The location is secluded and they have multiple options for housing. We stayed in one of the dry cabins and LOVED IT. The nordic style and yurts will be completed soon so we can't wait to come back. If your staying in the dry cabin, bring your own food as the closest option is about 20 minutes away and closes at 8pm. Each unit has its own charcoal style grill and the general store has supplies you can buy to use it. Short hike to the waterfall was great. Bathhouse was state of the art and extremely clean. The only things I would add to the dry cabins is a small microwave and a easier place to park right outside the cabin. Onsite staff was amazing and very friendly!
May 03, 2025 · Joseph EcholsMy class had a wonderful experience touring the farm and observing permaculture principles in action. Thanks to the farm management team for the incredible work you are doing. Very much appreciated! We look forward to visiting again soon.
Apr 26, 2025 · Erasme UyizeyeWe had a lovely time here! We booked last minute while en route to our store to work on it for the week and knew this would be a great experience. We were the only two guests staying on site and it could not have been more peaceful. Yogesh was helpful and attentive for anything we needed. We loved enjoying the area, unplugging at night, playing board games and disc golfing. We will be back to use the sauna! Thank you for everything!
Jan 03, 2025 · The OutpostWe spent our Thanksgiving in the “Retreat House”. It is an unbelievable property with a breathtaking sunrise every morning. The house is super clean and well stocked with a luxury feel. Mattresses were very comfortable. The host was very responsive to our questions. We took advantage of all of the amenities: the hot tub, sauna, disk golf, bocce ball, and pickle ball.We drove into Brevard for dinner one night at the Bohemian, but cooked all other meals at the house. It was a great experience and we can’t wait to return.
