4 mommys Introduce
For local users in Lexington, South Carolina, who are exploring housing options and perhaps considering the category of "RV parks near me" as a starting point, it's important to also be aware of mobile home parks in the vicinity. While mobile home parks primarily cater to long-term residents who own or rent manufactured homes on leased land, understanding their presence can provide a broader picture of the residential landscape. 4 mommys, situated at 144 Roland Fox Rd, Lexington, SC 29073, USA, is one such mobile home park in the area. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of what can be gleaned about this park based on the limited information available publicly, which consists solely of customer reviews.
When looking at residential communities, whether they are traditionally categorized as "RV parks near me" (which typically offer short-term and long-term stays for recreational vehicles) or mobile home parks (which focus on longer-term housing in manufactured homes), several factors are crucial for potential residents to consider. These include the environment of the community, the services and amenities offered, the specific features of the living spaces and the park itself, and any available information regarding pricing or promotional aspects. In the case of 4 mommys, the publicly available information comes from two detailed customer reviews that present significant concerns about the park's management, maintenance, and overall living conditions.
One review contrasts the experience under previous ownership with the current situation, stating, "Loved the first owner ms annelle. New owners are not good people. Her daughter and her husband are horrible to deal with." This suggests a potential decline in management quality and tenant relations following a change in ownership. The reviewer further mentions that a friend still residing in the park "complains that they harass him," indicating a potentially negative living environment for some residents. This is a serious allegation that prospective residents should be aware of and consider when evaluating this mobile home park.
The same review also touches upon the financial aspect, noting that "the rent has gone up so high now but trailers are old and falling apart. Not worth it." This raises concerns about the value proposition of living at 4 mommys, suggesting that the cost of residency may not align with the quality and condition of the available housing. Deteriorating infrastructure and aging trailers can lead to discomfort and potentially higher living expenses due to maintenance issues or energy inefficiency.
The second, more extensive review provides a detailed personal account of a long-term resident's negative experiences at 4 mommys. This reviewer, who lived there for 17 years, initially mentions that the former owner, Annell Roland, could be "sweet at most times" but also alleges instances of racially insensitive communication. This suggests a potentially problematic social environment for some residents, which is an important factor to consider when choosing a place to live.
Furthermore, this review details significant issues with the maintenance and repair of the resident's home. The lack of proper repairs allegedly led to increased energy costs due to heat escaping in the winter and air conditioning escaping in the summer. Despite repeated requests to move to a different trailer, the resident states that they were assured their trailer was "just as nice as the others," which contradicts the reported maintenance problems. This raises concerns about the responsiveness of management to essential repair needs and their transparency with residents regarding housing conditions.
The reviewer also recounts instances where their disability was seemingly not adequately accommodated. Issues with tree trimming for a special needs bus and delays in the construction of a ramp highlight potential challenges for residents with mobility issues. These experiences suggest a lack of understanding or prioritization of accessibility needs within the park management.
The most गंभीर concern raised in this review involves the resident's request for floor repairs due to weak and uneven floorboards, exacerbated by a severe degenerative disc disease and drop foot following an amputation. The initial proposed solution of linoleum flooring was reportedly halted by the former owner's daughter, Wynona Bradley, who then allegedly issued a 30-day notice to vacate, citing safety concerns and a lack of knowledge about necessary repairs. This account paints a picture of a potentially adversarial relationship between management and residents, particularly those with disabilities or maintenance needs.
Considering these detailed and overwhelmingly negative reviews, prospective residents should approach 4 mommys with extreme caution. The feedback raises serious concerns about the park's management practices, the condition of the mobile homes, the responsiveness to maintenance requests, and potentially the overall living environment and tenant relations. The reviews do not provide any information about services, features, or promotional offers in a positive light. Instead, they highlight potential drawbacks such as increasing rent for deteriorating properties and a lack of attention to essential repairs and accessibility needs.
In the context of searching for "RV parks near me," it is crucial to recognize that mobile home parks serve a different purpose and demographic. While both offer housing solutions, the transient nature and amenities of RV parks typically differ significantly from the long-term residential focus of mobile home parks. The negative feedback regarding 4 mommys does not align with the often community-oriented and amenity-rich environments that some RV parks strive to provide.
Given the absence of any positive reviews or official information about 4 mommys, it is impossible to provide a balanced introduction that includes positive aspects regarding the environment, services, or features. The available information strongly suggests potential challenges for residents. Therefore, local users in Lexington, SC, who might come across 4 mommys while exploring housing options in the broader context of "RV parks near me," should carefully consider the serious concerns raised in these reviews. A thorough investigation and potentially seeking alternative housing options might be advisable based on this feedback.
Due to the entirely negative nature of the available reviews and the lack of any other information, it is challenging to meet the 800-word requirement while maintaining an objective stance and avoiding speculation or the introduction of missing positive information. The provided reviews paint a concerning picture of 4 mommys, focusing on negative management experiences, poor maintenance, and potential issues with tenant treatment. Any potential resident should weigh these accounts heavily when considering this mobile home park as a living option.

4 mommys Reviews
I lived there with a friend for years. Loved the first owner ms annelle. New owners are not good people. Her daughter and her husband are horrible to deal with. My friend still stays there and he complains that they harass him. Wouldn't live there again. It was a good place at one time. Not no more. The rent has gone up so high now but trailers are old and falling apart. Not worth it.
Apr 30, 2024 · Stefan SalvatoreI've lived out here for 17 years and Annell Roland can be sweet at most times but she still talk to black people like it's slavery times. The house never got repaired properly so I'm constantly spending money with Dominion Energy for heat escaping in the winter and my air escapes in the summer. No matter how many times I asked to move to a different trailer she would she assured me my trailer was just as nice as the others. Ive seen families bounce around out here. My rent got increased because basically I became disabled and required more services. The trees had to be trimmed for the special needs bus to come through but they didn't cut the right ones. They had to come out 4 times to point these trees out. It was frustrating. I asked about my ramp getting built and that was an issue. I need my floors redone cause the boards are weak and creaking and unlevel. I teeter totter and walk like a baby because of my SDDD Severe Degenerative Disc Disease. I developed drop foot after an amputation. Because I need my floors repaired and Annell said she's gonna put linoleum from one end to the other. Her daughter stopped it and told me I need to leave her trailer. The daughter Wynona Bradley some piece of paper saying I got 30 days to leave because she don't know how safe the house is and don't know what needs working on
