As big as this MHP is and the prices they are charging tenants, you don't get your monies worth. They need dumpsters for the residents to throw out their trash. They also need to redo their roads and mailboxes. I see tenants use screwdrivers to open their mailboxes. Stray dogs are always running around. It's located out in the countryside of town. Some restaurants and grocery stores range anywhere from a mile to 5 miles or so away, depending on where you want to go. And you're not too far from the Farmer's Market.
