All Seasons RV Park Introduce
When searching for "RV parks near me" in the vicinity of Wichita, Kansas, All Seasons RV Park, located at 15520 W Maple St, Goddard, KS 67052, presents itself as an option for both overnight stays and potentially longer-term arrangements. You can reach them at (316) 722-1154 or +1 316-722-1154 for inquiries and reservations. Based on recent customer feedback available online, the park appears to offer some convenient features for travelers, but also presents some potential drawbacks that should be considered.
One positive review highlights the ease of making reservations, particularly for after-hours arrivals, stating that "Calling for a reservation was easy and everything was ready for after hours arrival." This suggests a streamlined and accommodating process for booking a site, which can be especially beneficial for travelers with unpredictable arrival times. The same reviewer also noted that "Sites are easy to get in," indicating that the park's layout and site access are designed to be relatively straightforward for maneuvering RVs. Furthermore, they described the park as "clean and has many trees," suggesting a pleasant and potentially shaded environment. Based on this experience, the reviewer concluded, "We will stop again!" indicating a positive overall impression for an overnight stay.
However, another review presents a contrasting and more critical perspective. This reviewer, who was also there for an overnight stay, encountered significant issues with the assigned site. They stated that "The space assigned was too small for my rig and tow vehicle in spite of specifying our length." This highlights a potential problem with the accuracy of site assignments based on the size of the incoming RV. Arriving at a site that cannot comfortably accommodate your setup can lead to considerable stress and inconvenience. The reviewer further detailed the cramped conditions, noting "about 2 feet between my slides and my neighbors and a 3 foot wide strip of grass to share." Such close proximity to neighboring RVs can impact privacy and the overall sense of space.
Adding to the negative experience, the same reviewer recounted being "yelled at for parking across the grass," even though "All other parking spots close were occupied." This suggests potentially strict rules regarding parking, even when necessitated by inadequate site size and limited alternative parking options. The reviewer also reported difficulty in finding park staff, stating, "Could not find anyone on site except the maintenance guy who was far more worried about the grass." This lack of accessible management or staff to address guest issues can be frustrating, especially when problems arise. The maintenance person's apparent focus on groundskeeping over guest concerns further exacerbated the negative impression.
Perhaps one of the most significant observations from the negative review is the composition of the park's residents. The reviewer noted that it is "Mostly full of full timers with many rigs in rough shape." A high proportion of long-term residents is not inherently negative, but the mention of "many rigs in rough shape" could suggest a less aesthetically pleasing environment or potentially raise concerns about the overall maintenance standards of the park. This reviewer concluded with a strong statement: "I would not book again," indicating a very negative overall experience.
Considering these two contrasting reviews, it appears that All Seasons RV Park might offer a convenient option for overnight stays with easy access and a clean, treed environment for some. However, potential guests should be aware of the possibility of being assigned sites that are too small, strict parking rules, limited on-site management presence, and a significant number of long-term residents with potentially older RVs. Specifying the exact length of your rig during booking seems crucial, but even then, there is a risk of the assigned space being inadequate.
The provided information does not offer specific details about the amenities available at All Seasons RV Park beyond the mention of clean and treed sites. There is no information regarding the type and availability of hookups (water, sewer, electricity), Wi-Fi access, laundry facilities, restrooms and showers, pet policies, or recreational areas. For those searching for "RV parks near me," these are essential factors to consider based on their individual needs and the length of their intended stay. It is advisable to contact the park directly to inquire about these specific amenities.
Similarly, while one reviewer mentioned "many trees," there is no detailed description of the overall environment of the park. Information about the size and layout of the RV sites, whether they are paved or gravel, the presence of shade, or any communal outdoor spaces is not available. The proximity to Goddard, Kansas, a suburb of Wichita, suggests access to local services and amenities, but the immediate surroundings of the RV park itself are not described in detail.
There is no mention of any promotional offers or special rates in the provided reviews. Individuals interested in staying at All Seasons RV Park should contact them directly at (316) 722-1154 or +1 316-722-1154 to inquire about their current pricing structure, any discounts for longer stays, or any other special offers that might be available. It would also be wise to clarify their policies regarding site assignments and what recourse is available if the assigned site is unsuitable for your RV.
In conclusion, All Seasons RV Park in Goddard, Kansas, offers easy reservations and a clean, treed environment that some overnight travelers have found satisfactory. However, potential guests should be aware of the possibility of undersized sites, strict parking enforcement, limited on-site management presence, and a significant number of long-term residents with some older RVs. It is crucial to communicate the exact dimensions of your RV when booking and to inquire about the park's policies and available amenities to ensure it meets your specific needs. Contacting the park directly at (316) 722-1154 or +1 316-722-1154 for detailed information is highly recommended before making a reservation.

Here for an overnight. The space assigned was too small for my rig and tow vehicle in spite of specifying our length. There was about 2 feet between my slides and my neighbors and a 3 foot wide strip of grass to share. Got yelled at for parking across the grass. All other parking spots close were occupied. Could not find anyone on site except the maintenance guy who was far more worried about the grass. Mostly full of full timers with many rigs in rough shape. I would not book again.
Mar 27, 2025 · Aaron JosephWe stopped over night on our way back to Minnesota. Calling for a reservation was easy and everything was ready for after hours arrival. Sites are easy to get in. The park is clean and has many trees. We will stop again!
Apr 13, 2025 · Pattie EngelExcellent communication with the staff. Very helpful with propane refills. Park takes great care of the maintenance. We were there when there was an Ice storm then snow. Ground plowed right away. Power losses during the storm were limited to under a minute. Friendly staff. Very quiet park. We will be back.
Jan 17, 2025 · denise bertramWe pulled in well after hrs. I called the # on the door and was very pleased someone answered. She was very friendly and got us all set for the night. Campsite was nice and restrooms and showers were clean. Would stay again.
