Apache Pines RV Park Introduce
If you're looking for "RV parks near me" in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Apache Pines RV Park, located at 2441 N Harvard Ave, Tulsa, OK 74115, USA, presents a community with both commendable aspects and areas where improvements may be needed. You can contact the park at (918) 838-1623 or their mobile number, +1 918-838-1623, to inquire about availability and specific services. Understanding the experiences of past and current residents can provide valuable insights as you consider your options for RV accommodations in the Tulsa area.
One positive aspect highlighted in the reviews is the kindness and helpfulness of some individuals within the park. One reviewer specifically mentioned that "Some of the people where very nice and helpful," suggesting a sense of community and support among certain residents or staff members. This can be a significant factor for RV travelers seeking a welcoming and friendly environment during their stay.
Furthermore, a deeply moving review shared an exceptional act of compassion from Pam and Harold, who appear to be associated with the park's management or ownership. The reviewer, who purchased an RV from them and subsequently faced a severe health crisis, expressed immense gratitude for their understanding and flexibility during a difficult time. They wrote, "Most companies would have snatched my rv from me, leaving me homeless at a very vulnerable time. I am grateful beyond words that they are working with me." This powerful testament speaks volumes about the potential for genuine care and empathy within the Apache Pines RV Park community, with the reviewer even stating, "There is a special place in heaven for you both!"
However, alongside these positive sentiments, other feedback raises concerns that potential visitors should be aware of. One reviewer detailed several issues, including problems with pet waste management, pest control, and security. They stated, "...the down fall is the people letting their dogs poop in your yard and leave it for you to clean up, sewer Flys, roaches and you have to watch mail close there are people that come in park that are shady." These are significant issues that can impact the comfort, cleanliness, and safety of the living environment for all residents and visitors.
The complaint about dog waste left in yards indicates a potential lack of adherence to or enforcement of pet policies within the park. This can lead to unsanitary conditions and unpleasant experiences for other residents. Similarly, the presence of "sewer Flys" and "roaches" suggests potential issues with pest management that need to be addressed to maintain a healthy living environment.
The concern regarding mail security and "shady" individuals entering the park is also a serious matter. Feeling secure and trusting the environment is paramount for RV travelers, and reports of potential security issues should be carefully considered. It suggests a need for vigilance and possibly improved security measures within the park.
Given these contrasting reviews, it is essential for those searching for "RV parks near me" to weigh the positive aspects of community support and compassionate individuals against the potential challenges related to pet waste, pests, and security. The experience at Apache Pines RV Park may vary depending on individual circumstances and tolerance for these issues.
When considering a stay at Apache Pines RV Park, it would be beneficial to inquire directly with the management about their policies and procedures for addressing the concerns raised in the reviews. This could include asking about pet waste management protocols, pest control measures, and security arrangements. Understanding their approach to these issues can help you assess whether the park is a suitable fit for your needs and expectations.
As with any RV park, the environment can evolve over time, and management may implement changes to address resident concerns. Therefore, a direct conversation with the park's representatives is crucial to obtain the most current information regarding their services, rules, and overall community environment. You may also want to inquire about the specific amenities offered, such as hookups, laundry facilities, restroom and shower availability, and any recreational areas.
While there is no specific promotional information available in the provided reviews, it is worth asking about any current specials, discounts for long-term stays, or other incentives that might be offered to RV travelers. Understanding the pricing structure and any additional fees is an important part of the decision-making process when choosing an "RV park near me."
In conclusion, Apache Pines RV Park in Tulsa presents a community where acts of kindness and compassion have been experienced by some residents. However, potential visitors should also be aware of concerns raised regarding pet waste, pests, and security within the park. If you are considering this location as one of your options for "RV parks near me," it is highly recommended to contact the management directly at (918) 838-1623 or +1 918-838-1623 to discuss these issues, inquire about their policies and amenities, and determine if Apache Pines RV Park meets your specific needs and expectations for a comfortable and secure RV stay in Tulsa.

Sep 13, 2024 · April GwilliamNobleI bought an RV from Pam and Harold, then after 3 or 4 payments was diagnosed with end stage Metastatic prostate cancer. I have been very sick and had a problem with a few late payments. Most companies would have snatched my rv from me, leaving me homeless at a very vulnerable time.I am grateful beyond words that they are working with me. I have been put in for hospice and have an appointment for social security. Which, I pray will make a little less to worry about.Thank you Pam and Harold for working with meThere is a special place in heaven for you both!JB
May 18, 2024 · Trish N Jerry BarnetteMingo rv park send me to there Apache pines rv park cause they said my rv was to old being a 2006 model. But when I got to Apache pines rv park , my rv looked new compared to the rv’s parked there. The place had people not staying there walking 24/7 and the park was next to a trucking company that was busy 24/7 too. (Lock your doors this park is in the getto of Tulsa OKLAHOMA ). The park doesn’t have showers or good restrooms.
