Park View Village Estates Introduce
For local residents searching for information related to "RV parks near me," it's important to note that the following details pertain to Park View Village Estates, a mobile home park located at 6230 N Gillette Ave in Tulsa, Oklahoma. While our platform primarily focuses on RV parks catering to temporary and recreational stays, understanding the landscape of residential options, including mobile home parks designed for longer-term living, can be beneficial for a broader segment of our user base seeking housing solutions in the Tulsa area. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Park View Village Estates based on the limited and somewhat contradictory customer reviews available, addressing aspects such as the environment, services, and features, while acknowledging its nature as a mobile home park rather than a traditional RV park.
The environment of Park View Village Estates is not explicitly detailed in the provided reviews. One review mentions a positive initial experience with the move-in process, which could imply a reasonably organized and perhaps welcoming initial environment. However, the second review uses strong negative language ("Trash 🗑️") to describe the park, particularly its management team, which casts a significant shadow over any potential positive environmental aspects. Without further descriptive information, it is challenging to form a comprehensive picture of the park's physical surroundings, such as landscaping, cleanliness, or the overall aesthetic appeal. The discrepancy between the two reviews suggests that residents' perceptions of the environment may vary significantly, potentially depending on their individual experiences and interactions with the park's management and infrastructure over time.
In terms of services and features, the limited reviews offer a few specific points. One positive aspect highlighted is the responsiveness to maintenance requests. A resident reported "quick responses in regards to getting things fixed in a timely manner," which is a crucial service for long-term residents of a mobile home park. Efficient and timely maintenance can contribute significantly to the quality of living and the upkeep of individual homes and the community as a whole. This suggests that the park might have a system in place for addressing and resolving maintenance issues promptly, at least according to this particular reviewer's experience.
Another positive note comes from the same reviewer regarding the move-in process, which was described as "very helpful." This indicates that the initial onboarding experience for new residents might be smooth and well-supported by the staff. Helpful assistance during the move-in phase can ease the transition for new residents and set a positive tone for their residency.
However, the second review presents a starkly contrasting view, focusing heavily on the negative perception of the management team. The single word "Trash 🗑️" followed by "especially their management team" is a severe indictment, suggesting significant dissatisfaction with the way the park is managed. This could encompass various aspects, such as communication, enforcement of park rules, responsiveness to concerns beyond immediate maintenance, or overall professionalism. Such a strong negative sentiment from a resident warrants serious consideration for potential future residents.
The park's tagline, "They say 'high quality living for an affordable price'," is directly quoted in one of the reviews, immediately followed by the negative assessment of the management. This implies a potential disconnect between the advertised value proposition and the actual living experience as perceived by at least one resident. The affordability aspect is not directly addressed in either review, leaving it unclear whether the pricing is indeed competitive for the area and the quality of living provided.
As a mobile home park, the typical services and features would include the provision of lots for manufactured homes, utility hookups (water, sewer, electricity), trash removal, and potentially common areas or amenities. The limited reviews do not provide specific details about these aspects. The absence of mentions of amenities like playgrounds, clubhouses, or recreational facilities might suggest that these are either not present or were not significant enough to be mentioned in the brief feedback provided. Potential residents would need to inquire about the full range of services and features offered by Park View Village Estates.
Given the limited and conflicting nature of the reviews, it is impossible to ascertain any specific promotional information. Mobile home parks might offer incentives such as reduced move-in fees, discounted lot rent for a certain period, or other special offers to attract new residents. Local users interested in any potential promotions at Park View Village Estates should contact the park management directly using the provided phone numbers: (918) 425-6000 or +1 918-425-6000. Direct communication will be necessary to obtain the most current information on pricing, availability, and any ongoing specials.
In conclusion, Park View Village Estates in Tulsa, Oklahoma, presents a complex picture based on the limited available feedback. While one reviewer noted quick maintenance responses and helpful move-in support, another expressed strong dissatisfaction with the management. The park's claim of "high quality living for an affordable price" is directly juxtaposed with a negative assessment of the management team. For local users seeking long-term housing in a mobile home park setting, it is crucial to approach Park View Village Estates with caution and conduct thorough due diligence. This should include contacting the management directly to inquire about lot rental fees, available services and amenities, park rules, and to address the significant concerns raised in one of the reviews regarding the management team. Visiting the park in person, if possible, and perhaps speaking with current residents could also provide valuable insights into the actual living experience at Park View Village Estates.

Jan 21, 2025 · Mr. OperatorI love living here! Indica was extremely helpful with the move in process and kind and such a people person! A very quiet calm neighborhood and a beautiful park across the street as well as a pool and small children’s park on the grounds! They worked with us having an emotional support animal and we’re extremely sweet and respectful through the whole process!
Aug 09, 2024 · Emma DuhigSo far compared to my last "rental company", they are amazing yes key renter gave me "a tiny" portion of deposit back, but park view has handled all requests and concerns within hours! Not a week long process with backed up sewage it is amazing here... you truly are "HOME" and family here office staff is great quiet community easy access to owasso,Skiatook,tulsa... Amazing community, great maintenance on site 24/7 love it!
Jan 28, 2024 · G HEasiest moving process ever. Mallory is literally THE BEST. People gave me smack for moving to Turley, but 10/10 recommend living here. I feel safe, my home is SUPER NICE, the team is very accommodating, and the prices are awesome. My kids want that playground back 😂 but I know they’re putting a better one in..until then we’re literally right across the street from O’Brien Park. They love it here just as much as me..and I have hard to impress kids 🤣 The thing they love the most is that the neighborhood kids all play with and love each other!! And I feel great about feeling safe and secure allowing them to do that! The whole neighborhood looks out for each other and it’s a great feel so far. 💜💜💜
