When I bought my home, it was on the higher end of my budget, but, doable. With constant rent increases, it became impossible and I lost my home. There is no reason to charge so much for lot rent. They plow, but, that's it. No utility bills, no pool, no party room...

Don't see why we need so many brand new trailers in here. The company has issues selling them. Not a fan of the lot rent jumping higher and higher every year. Park maintenance seems to do a good job but the people are very stuck up!! I've smiled and waved to the workers a few times and they just scoff at me. Nobody seems to respond to emails. Water was always shut off but they seem to have the problem solved. I love that Naomi and Shelby are very kind and understanding.They want us to succeed and are willing to work with all the residents. I like that this community is pet friendly. Yeah, that's my two cents.
Oct 13, 2024 · Lindsey C.Need more FREE amenities to justify the constantly increasing lot rents.At the current cost of rent… there should be an indoor.workout facility, indoor/outdoor pool, community room with pool tables, games etc.Our lawns should be sprayed for weeds at least 2X’s per year.Driveway replacements much sooner than planned.And community standards and rules should be much more strictly enforced.

For the price we already pay, our lawns should be mowed, and our City of North Mankato bills should come out of our rent check. Adding another $29 per month without receiving anything in return feels like we are being taken advantage of. Life is hard already. We don’t need to pay more.
