Bay Village Mobile Home Estate Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Essexville, Michigan area, or considering a mobile home community at 1274 W Hampton Rd? The limited customer reviews available for Bay Village Mobile Home Estate paint a concerning picture regarding the park's management and overall living environment. While the location in Essexville might offer certain advantages, potential residents should carefully consider the issues raised in these reviews.
Located in Essexville, Michigan, Bay Village Mobile Home Estate is situated in a city that offers a mix of residential and commercial areas, likely providing access to local amenities and services. Essexville is located near Saginaw Bay, which could suggest a potentially pleasant environment with proximity to the waterfront. However, the reviews do not focus on the physical environment of the park itself, but rather on management and community issues.
The overwhelmingly negative sentiment in the provided customer reviews centers around the conduct of an individual named Pam, who appears to be associated with the park's office or management. One reviewer expresses fear of "unfair harassment and treatment" due to Pam, indicating a hostile living environment for at least one resident. This reviewer also mentions a dispute regarding ownership and tax payment for their trailer, suggesting potential administrative issues within the park's management.
A significant complaint from this reviewer is the alleged hoarding of supplies by the "office lady" behind their trailer, encroaching on their rented lot. Additionally, they describe a parking spot that Pam supposedly verbally intended for them to use but now restricts, leading to further conflict. These issues point to a lack of respect for residents' property and inconsistent communication from the management.
Multiple reviewers call for the removal of Pam, describing her behavior as a "problem" affecting a "majority of people living respectfully" in the park. They characterize her as unkind, disrespectful, and lacking in proper communication with park ownership, suggesting a breakdown in the crucial link between residents and those in charge. One reviewer hypothesizes that Pam is causing more miscommunication between residents and park ownership than is worth dealing with, urging investigation into this possibility.
Another reviewer describes Pam as being "on a power trip," recounting an incident where they felt the need to involve a police officer to clarify parking rights, allegedly due to Pam's actions. This reviewer also claims to have been warned about Pam's tendency to "illegally impound vehicles without an officer present," which raises serious concerns about potential abuse of authority and disregard for residents' property rights.
This second reviewer details a pattern of negative behavior from Pam since February 2023, including intentionally making things worse during personal crises like a family member dying. They also report overhearing Pam speaking rudely about their family to her daughter, who also resides in the park, highlighting a lack of professionalism and respect for residents' privacy and well-being.
The second review explicitly states that the reviewer and their family are "not the only people in the park who have had an issue with her," indicating a broader problem affecting multiple residents. The situation has escalated to the point where the reviewer suggests that "legal action is getting close to being required," underscoring the severity of the issues being experienced by some residents of Bay Village Mobile Home Estate.
The reviews provide no information about the physical environment of the park, such as landscaping, amenities, or the condition of the mobile homes themselves. The sole focus is on the negative interactions with the individual identified as Pam, who appears to hold a position of authority or influence within the park's management.
Given the serious nature of the allegations in these reviews, potential residents, including those seeking long-term "RV parks near me," should exercise extreme caution when considering Bay Village Mobile Home Estate. While the phone number (989) 778-1447 or +1 989-778-1447 is provided for contact, any inquiries should include direct and pointed questions about the management situation and the steps being taken to address the concerns raised by current residents.
Prospective residents might want to inquire specifically about:
- The role and responsibilities of the individual named Pam.
- The park's policies regarding resident harassment and dispute resolution.
- The process for addressing property line disputes and unauthorized encroachment.
- The park's rules and procedures for vehicle parking and towing.
- Any ongoing or planned changes in park management.
- Opportunities to speak with current residents (other than those who have left reviews) to get a broader perspective on the community.
For individuals seeking a mobile home community or a long-term RV park, a positive and respectful management team is crucial for a comfortable and stable living environment. The reviews for Bay Village Mobile Home Estate raise significant red flags in this regard. Until there is clear evidence of a resolution to the issues raised and a demonstrated commitment to fair and respectful treatment of all residents, potential newcomers should be wary.
No information regarding services, features, or promotional offers is available in the provided data. The sole source of information is the negative customer reviews focusing on management issues.
In conclusion, the available information regarding Bay Village Mobile Home Estate in Essexville, Michigan, is overwhelmingly negative, primarily due to serious concerns about the conduct and impact of an individual associated with the park's management. Potential residents, including those looking for "RV parks near me" for an extended stay, should be aware of these issues and conduct thorough and cautious inquiries before considering this community as a place to live.

Bay Village Mobile Home Estate Reviews
I've had trouble finding the courage to keep a review on Google out of fear of unfair harassment and treatment, which I'm already dealing with due to Pam. She blames Michael, the owner, and shows no indication to who co owns the trailer park. Freeland Mobile Homes. We have a receipt proving my dad had to pay the state sales tax on the trailer, from the previous owner! Something isn't right! I'm tired of being silent! Not only is there a ton of crap from the office lady hoarding supplies BEHIND MY TRAILER ON MY LOT but I'm also supposed to not be able to use the parking spot she never uses and verbally intended?Park ownership needs to WAKE UP! I can speak for a majority of people living RESPECTFULLY here that Pam is a problem! I will not be removed due to HER unfair harassment! I pay the lont rent, the background check on file is mine, I am the tenant. My father is old and ill, yet she goes straight to him with every problem. He's still in the hospital and will require much rest to recover from his heart AND cancer treatment.Remove Pam, please. We need someone kind, respectful, and PROPERLY communicative with park ownership. I think she's causing more miscommunication between the two than is worth dealing with, but it's a hypothesis. A hypothesis worth investigating. Please.
Jun 11, 2024 · John ShaverThe lady in the office, Pam, is on a power trip. To the point where I had to ask an officer, in front of her, to clarify if I could park somewhere. Others have warned me that she likes to illegally impound vehicles without an officer present. She has done nothing but cause issues for my family since moving here in February of 2023, and intentionally makes it worse when she knows there are things like a family member dying happening. Today I caught her talking very rudely to her daughter, who lives at the front of the park, about my family and myself while I was outside waiting for my son to get off of the bus. We are not the only people in the park who have had an issue with her. Legal action is getting close to being required.
May 21, 2024 · Gi LaFramThey keep raising the lot rent and this is the kind of plow service you get. He will plow piles behind and in front of people's car.
Feb 17, 2023 · Kris MccureWas not to impressed with Pam. Calling around looking at different options and she was rude when it came to pets. I asked what their policy on pets is and she would not answer. Asked me what I have. Told her two dogs, 1 Shih Tzu and a dog that will be medium size about 30 LBS. "She said nope 1 pet one only good bye". Well instead of asking me what I have why not just be upfront about your pet policy? Seems odd for a place where I would be owning the home I cannot have more than 1 pet. Every other place I looked into its 2 max. She just seemed very rude about it, so my first impression, stay clear from this place.
Feb 07, 2017 · Chris JanderwskiThe manager of the park is rude and discriminatory. She is adamant about not allowing new residents if they have children or have any sort of government aid. She will also refuse pets if she doesn't like you. She is currently telling a person here she needs to get rid of her service animal which is against the law but she doesn't care. Do not come here. Avoid this place if you can.
