Belle Aire Community Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Marseilles, Illinois area, or exploring options for mobile home living? Belle Aire Community, located at 823 Belle Aire Ave, Marseilles, IL 61341, USA, has received some concerning feedback from its residents that potential newcomers should be aware of. Based on the available reviews, there appear to be significant issues related to management, maintenance, and rental policies.
Regarding the environment and services, the reviews paint a negative picture. One resident describes it as a "Very bad place to live," citing a lack of maintenance ("They won't fix anything u hardly ever see anyone that works for the park"). This suggests a potentially neglected environment where necessary repairs are not being addressed in a timely manner. The same reviewer also mentions difficulties in even seeing park staff. Another resident echoes this lack of management responsiveness, stating that "Property managers do nothing can't even get someone to answer the phone." This indicates significant challenges in communication and getting issues resolved.
Further environmental concerns are raised by the second reviewer, who notes that "the garbage is piling because apparently they arnt paying the bill." This points to a potential breakdown in essential services within the community. Additionally, they mention that "Sidewalks always flooded not a single person has come out to look at it when I have told then about it!" highlighting unresolved infrastructure problems that impact the living conditions.
In terms of features and policies, one review brings up concerns about rental costs and tenant treatment. It's mentioned that "with the new homes in they want to charge 1100.00 a month cause they want section 8 and the people that want to pay rent they won't take cause it's the old rate of 850." This suggests a perceived prioritization of Section 8 tenants over those paying the previous rate, potentially leading to displacement or unfair treatment. The reviewer also claims that "if ur a vet they treat u even worse," which is a serious accusation regarding discriminatory practices.
Considering the platform category "RV parks near me," the negative reviews regarding management responsiveness, lack of maintenance, and infrastructure issues would likely extend to any RV accommodations if they were offered. While it's not explicitly stated whether Belle Aire Community has RV sites, the overall feedback suggests a potentially unsatisfactory experience for any type of resident or visitor requiring upkeep and communication with management.
Based on the provided customer reviews, the issues at Belle Aire Community include:
- Lack of maintenance and repairs.
- Infrequent visibility of park staff.
- Unresponsive property management with difficulty in contacting them.
- Problems with essential services like garbage collection.
- Unresolved infrastructure issues such as flooded sidewalks.
- Concerns about increasing rental costs linked to new homes and Section 8 preferences.
- Allegations of potentially worse treatment for veterans.
There is no promotional information present in the provided reviews. Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding the living conditions and management, it would be prudent for potential residents or RVers to proceed with significant caution and seek further information or consider alternative options.

The reported lack of maintenance, unresponsive management, and issues with basic services like garbage collection and drainage paint a concerning picture of the living environment. May 04, 2022 · kayla kochCrappy place to live. Landlords don't fix anything or answer the phone for that matter. Monthly inspections that they conduct even when you aren't home. Yea that's right the enter your home while you're not there. Rent is sky high for cheap garbage.
