Love's RV Hookup Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Morris, Illinois area, Love's RV Hookup, located at 8909 Brisbin Rd, Morris, IL 60450, USA, offers a clean, neat, and orderly option for RV travelers. Situated at a Love's Travel Stop, this RV hookup provides convenience and essential amenities for overnight stays or longer visits. Based on recent customer reviews, Love's RV Hookup in Morris is well-regarded for its well-maintained sites, helpful staff, and functional hookups.
One reviewer who stayed in a 41 ft Class A RV highlighted the cleanliness and orderliness of the RV area. They specifically mentioned the "awesome" Love's staff and the good quality of the hookups. Notably, they felt they had "lots of room" in their site (site 2) and found the noise level to be "very minimal." This is a significant point, as RV parks associated with travel stops can sometimes be perceived as noisy. The reviewer also praised the "beautiful" dog park, noting that many pets were using it, making it a significant plus for travelers with furry companions. This positive experience led them to conclude that Love's RV has "did this expansion right" and, as full-time RVers, they would "definitely use Love's again in our travels." They even appreciated the permission to wash their camper on-site, indicating a flexible and accommodating management.
Another reviewer who stayed for four nights also had a positive experience, describing it as a "great place to camp for the night." They specifically commended the "perfectly level spots," which is crucial for comfortable RV living and the proper functioning of RV appliances. However, they did note that "the sewer is quite a stretch, so make sure you have lots of hose," providing a valuable tip for future visitors. Water and power were reported as "not an issue," indicating reliable utility connections. Regarding site size, they mentioned that the spots "aren't quite wide enough for slide outs and still have the ability to put your awning out," clarifying that while slide-outs might be tight, awnings can still be used, albeit potentially only partially. They appreciated the "big garbage cans for each spot," adding to the convenience. This reviewer was also in spot #2 and noted its proximity to the highway, but with their air conditioners running, it "didn't bother us." They did advise that "the trucks in the truckstop start moving early, so be prepared for the Jake brakes," offering a realistic expectation of potential noise from the adjacent travel stop. They mentioned paying a "senior rate" of $50 per night and appreciated the "free and good wifi." This positive experience also led them to state, "We would definitely stay at a Loves RV park again."
Combining these reviews, Love's RV Hookup in Morris, IL, appears to offer clean, orderly, and relatively spacious sites with functional hookups. The staff is consistently praised for being awesome and helpful. The presence of a well-regarded dog park is a significant feature for pet owners. While some noise from the adjacent truck stop is to be expected, particularly in the early morning, it seems manageable for most, especially with RV air conditioning running. The availability of a senior rate and free wifi adds to the value proposition.
However, potential visitors should be aware that sewer hookups might require a longer hose, and the width of the sites might be somewhat restrictive for RVs with large slide-outs, potentially limiting the full extension of awnings. Despite these minor considerations, the overall sentiment from these reviews is overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the convenience and quality of this Love's RV Hookup location.
As Love's RV Hookup is part of a larger travel stop, RVers benefit from the amenities typically found at such locations, including fuel, convenience stores, and potentially food options. This adds a layer of convenience that traditional campgrounds might not offer, especially for those on the road and needing to restock or refuel. The combination of dedicated RV sites with the facilities of a travel stop makes Love's RV Hookup a practical choice for many travelers.

Oct 13, 2024 · Rob And Sue RoachIt was a great place to camp for the night. Perfectly level spots. The sewer is quite a stretch, so make sure you have lots of hose. Water and power were not an issue. We stayed 4 nights and had no trouble at all. The spots aren't quite wide enough for slide outs and still have the ability to put your awning out. We were able to put ours out half way. Big garbage cans for each spot. We were in spot #2, which was close to the highway, but with our air conditioners running, it didn't bother us. The trucks in the truckstop start moving early, so be prepared for the Jake brakes. We paid $50/nt senior rate. Free and good wifi.We would definitely stay at a Loves RV park again.
Sep 18, 2024 · Tena GodinConcrete site was nice. Width of site was good but not long enough for bigger rigs. Truck couldn't fit. We parked sideways and still stuck out. The parking spots nearby are all taken by employees and truckers who leave vehicles there.. Sign says 1 hour customers only. Yes, it stated sites are 45 feet but we thought the parking was for the rvers. So don't think like we did that you'll have a place to park. Sewer hose would need to be about 25 feet. We opted to skip that hookup for the night. All utilities are in the grassy area behind the concrete. Semis parked up the entry/exit road....right in front of the "Danger Do Not Park Here" signs. So you hear them all night when trying to relax and watch TV. All in all good for a one night stop near interstate.
Jul 25, 2024 · Gina BlaesStayed 2 nights after boon docking previous 10 days. Fresh water, sewer connection and 50 amp service was like checking into JW Marriott. Site 6 was great. We travel with 2 dogs and the grass and dog park worked well. Easy check in process and we felt secure. Main reason we stayed here was it was 50 minutes to Midway Airport and we put our grandson on SWA flight home Monday morning. This was our second Love’s RV Stop on this summer trip and will not hesitate to book Love’s RV Stop when crossing country.
Jul 30, 2024 · Steve HIt’s a good option in times of need. It was 95° and I really needed to be able to hook up and run the air, charge my by house battery. It is a truckstop parking lot and noisy. Those trucks start rolling out very early! Helps you get on the road quicker I guess. I feel it’s a bit overpriced; $60 doesn’t even include a shower. This is not the KOA, Love’s. Please lower the price to match what this is. But I guess desperate times and all that 😅🥵
