Boulder Ridge MHP, located at 11990 E South Boulder Rd, Lafayette, CO 80026, offers a manufactured home community that may be of interest to those seeking longer-term stays or exploring options within the broader landscape of RV and mobile home living. You can reach them at (303) 665-6996 or +1 303-665-6996 for inquiries.
To provide a balanced perspective on Boulder Ridge MHP, it's essential to consider the experiences shared by its residents. Online reviews offer valuable insights into the day-to-day realities of living in this community. These reviews present contrasting viewpoints, highlighting both positive and potentially challenging aspects.
One reviewer expresses concerns regarding the enforcement of community rules. Specifically, they mention a lack of enforcement regarding parking in neighbors' spots, blocking the street, and trespassing. Juxtaposed with this perceived lack of enforcement on certain issues, the reviewer notes strict enforcement on seemingly minor matters, such as being threatened with eviction for having a single temporary box on their porch and not being allowed to have chairs on their porch or in their yard, despite owning their trailer. This discrepancy in rule enforcement could be a significant consideration for individuals seeking a community with consistent and reasonable regulations.
Despite these concerns regarding rule enforcement, the same reviewer offers positive feedback about the residents themselves, describing them as "great, quiet, keep to themselves but also friendly." This suggests a potentially positive neighborly environment within the community, which can be an important factor for those seeking a sense of community in their living situation, whether in an RV park or a manufactured home community.
In contrast to the previous review, another resident offers a highly positive assessment of Boulder Ridge MHP. This reviewer emphasizes the "plenty of opportunities to get to know the community" through the various events that are held. This suggests an active social environment and efforts by the management to foster a sense of community among residents. For individuals seeking "RV parks near me" with a strong social element and opportunities for interaction, this could be a significant advantage.
Furthermore, this positive review praises the park management, stating that they "truly care for those who live there and do their best to help in any way they can." This directly contradicts the negative experiences implied in the other review regarding rule enforcement. Such differing opinions highlight the importance of gathering a comprehensive understanding from various sources when evaluating a potential living situation.
The positive reviewer also notes that "the park is well kept and the community center is amazing!" They further commend the management for doing "such a good job making the place nice and welcoming to everyone." This suggests that Boulder Ridge MHP may offer well-maintained grounds and potentially valuable amenities like a community center, which can enhance the living experience for residents, including those in RVs seeking longer-term stays with access to facilities.
Considering these contrasting reviews, it appears that Boulder Ridge MHP may offer a mixed experience for its residents. While some appreciate the sense of community, the well-maintained environment, and the caring management, others have concerns about the consistency and fairness of rule enforcement, particularly regarding seemingly minor personal property on their own lots.
For individuals specifically searching for "RV parks near me" for an extended period, understanding the specific amenities and services offered to RV residents at Boulder Ridge MHP would be crucial. While it is a manufactured home community, it may accommodate RVs on a long-term basis. In such cases, it would be important to inquire about the availability of necessary hookups (water, electricity, sewer), the size and layout of available spaces, and any specific rules or regulations that apply to RV residents.
The presence of a "community center" as highlighted in one of the positive reviews could be a significant amenity for long-term RV residents, potentially offering access to laundry facilities, recreational spaces, or social gathering areas. The "events they hold" could also contribute to a more engaging and connected living experience.
However, the concerns raised about rule enforcement, particularly the restrictions on personal items on porches and yards, could be a drawback for RVers who value having some outdoor living space and flexibility in how they personalize their area. It would be essential to clarify the specific rules and regulations applicable to RV residents with the management before making a decision.
To gain a clearer understanding of whether Boulder Ridge MHP is a suitable option for those seeking "RV parks near me" for a longer-term stay in the Lafayette area, it is strongly recommended to contact the management directly. Inquire about their policies regarding RVs, the availability of long-term spaces, the amenities offered to RV residents, and a comprehensive overview of the community rules and regulations. Visiting the property, if possible, could also provide valuable insights into the environment and the overall atmosphere of the community.
In conclusion, Boulder Ridge MHP in Lafayette, CO, presents a mixed picture based on the available online reviews. While some residents appreciate the strong sense of community, well-maintained grounds, and caring management, others have raised concerns about inconsistent rule enforcement and restrictions on personal property. For those seeking "RV parks near me" for a longer duration, further investigation into the specific services and regulations for RV residents at Boulder Ridge MHP is crucial to determine if it aligns with their individual needs and preferences. Exploring other dedicated RV parks in the Lafayette area may also be beneficial to compare amenities, rules, and overall living experiences.

Boulder Ridge MHP Reviews
They don't enforce the rules of not parking in neighbors spots or blocking the street, or trespassing but they threaten to have you evicted for having a single box(temporary) on your own front porch. I own my trailer and I'm not even allowed to have chairs on my porch or in my yard. The people who live here are great, quiet keep to themselves but also friendly.
Aug 11, 2023 · B RiottThere are plenty of opportunities to get to know the community during all of the events they hold. You can tell that the park management truly cares for those who live there and do their best to help in any way they can. The park is well kept and the community center is amazing! They’ve done such a good job making the place nice and welcoming to everyone.
Apr 12, 2018 · Amber SloneGood and affordable place to live. Management really cares and puts an effort into making and maintaining the neighborhood looking clean and presentable. Also, the activities and functions at the main office are great, and range from various fun summer activities for the kids (bouncy houses and the like), Christmas gifts for kids, BBQs, raffles, trick-or-treating on Halloween where more than plenty of candy (the good kind) is given, decent sized interior for parties or other gatherings, has a pool, and the park is good also.
Jun 14, 2016 · J RIf you’re planning on visiting someone there expect to pay $270 on a boot lock. They don’t care if you’re just dropping off soup for your sick friend.
Jul 27, 2024 · Rocio NuñezI have been a visitor to Boulder Ridge MHP a number of times and have only had great experiences. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The grounds are always well kept and they are always on top of snow removal and repairs across the park. Facilities are always clean and inviting! Would recommend to friends and family!
