Casa Estates Introduce
Casa Estates is a mobile home park located at 860 W 132nd Ave in Westminster, Colorado. While the platform category is "RV parks near me," it is important to understand that Casa Estates primarily operates as a residential mobile home park where residents typically own their homes and lease the land. Although some mobile home parks might accommodate RVs for extended periods, it is essential to verify this directly with the management if you are searching within the "RV parks near me" category for long-term RV living options in the Westminster area.
For inquiries about residency, potential RV accommodations, or any other information, Casa Estates can be reached at (303) 452-6792 or +1 303-452-6792. Direct communication with the park's management is crucial for obtaining accurate and current details about lot rent, community regulations, available amenities, and any specific policies concerning different types of dwellings.
The customer reviews for Casa Estates present a stark contrast in experiences, indicating a potentially complex living environment. Several reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with the management, particularly mentioning a manager named Crystal. Complaints include allegations of "disgusting management" that frequently demands home repairs ("fix this, fix that") and appears consistently dissatisfied. One reviewer claims they were given only seven days to make repairs or face extra charges, with the possibility of these costs being added to their rent, regardless of their financial situation. This suggests concerns about the fairness and transparency of management practices regarding home maintenance and associated costs.
Another serious concern raised by a resident pertains to the park's infrastructure, specifically a "bad sewer" system allegedly causing damage to their home. This resident claims that management is unwilling to take responsibility for the issue while simultaneously sending complaints about the need for repairs to the affected home. This situation highlights potential conflicts between residents and management regarding infrastructure maintenance and responsibility for damages arising from it.
Additional grievances include inconsistent enforcement of rules, such as charges for extra vehicles. One reviewer notes that some neighbors are charged for extra cars while others are not, raising questions about fairness and equity within the community. Furthermore, there are complaints about visitor parking, with guests reportedly having to pay $7 after 8 pm, supposedly to a system that doesn't clearly identify Casa Estates via a QR code. Parking in one's own driveway with a visitor can allegedly result in a vehicle boot, while some residents parking on landscaping do not face the same consequences, leading to accusations of discrimination and inconsistent rule enforcement.
The negative reviews also mention alleged mistreatment by the manager, Crystal, with claims that residents have videos documenting such incidents. Additionally, one reviewer sarcastically notes the inoperability of the management's email system, implying a lack of effective communication channels. The skepticism expressed about any positive reviews, especially following a resident protest, further underscores the depth of dissatisfaction among some members of the community.
However, amidst the overwhelmingly negative feedback, one long-term resident of over 30 years offers a more positive perspective. This reviewer notes improvements in the park's appearance over the past couple of years. They also recount a recent positive experience where the manager, Crystal, responded quickly to a power issue that turned out to be related to the park's infrastructure. The park reportedly hired an external electrical company that completed a significant repair, including replacing the underground service and the service box, post, and grounding stake, all within one day. This reviewer also praised the crew for restoring their patio and landscaping after the work was done. This positive anecdote suggests that while there may be significant issues, there can also be instances of responsive management and necessary infrastructure repairs being addressed.
In terms of services and features, the reviews provide limited information. The negative reviews focus on management practices and infrastructure concerns rather than highlighting amenities. The positive review mentions infrastructure maintenance (electrical service) being addressed. It is reasonable to assume that Casa Estates provides basic utilities such as water, electricity, and sewer hookups for its mobile home lots. However, details about other potential amenities like a clubhouse, laundry facilities, or recreational areas are not provided in the given reviews.
Promotional information for Casa Estates would likely focus on the community aspect of mobile home living and its location in Westminster, potentially highlighting proximity to local amenities, schools, and transportation. However, given the serious allegations of mismanagement, inconsistent rule enforcement, and infrastructure issues raised in the negative reviews, any promotional efforts should be viewed with caution. Prospective residents are strongly advised to conduct thorough due diligence and seek firsthand accounts from current residents before making any decisions.
For individuals searching within the "RV parks near me" category, it is crucial to determine Casa Estates' policies regarding RVs. If long-term RV stays are permitted, potential residents should inquire about the specific amenities and services available for RV sites, the lot rental rates for RVs, and whether they are subject to the same rules and fees (such as visitor parking charges) as mobile home residents. The concerns raised about management and community rules would still be relevant for RV dwellers considering an extended stay.
The contrasting reviews highlight the importance of looking beyond any official promotional materials and seeking direct feedback from residents. The allegations of mistreatment, inconsistent rule enforcement, and infrastructure problems are serious and warrant careful consideration. While the positive experience with the electrical repair suggests that the park can address critical infrastructure issues, the overall sentiment from multiple reviewers indicates significant challenges related to management and community living.
In conclusion, Casa Estates Mobile Home Park in Westminster, Colorado, presents a mixed picture based on the available resident reviews. While one long-term resident reports recent improvements and positive responsiveness to an infrastructure issue, several other reviewers express strong dissatisfaction with the management, citing concerns about unfair practices, inconsistent rule enforcement, infrastructure problems, and a lack of effective communication. For those in the "RV parks near me" category considering long-term living options, it is essential to ascertain Casa Estates' policies on RVs and to thoroughly investigate the current living conditions and management practices. The significant negative feedback suggests that prospective residents should exercise considerable caution and seek comprehensive information before making any commitments.

Casa Estates Reviews
Disgusting management, the place is not even nice but they keep complaining about homes (fix this , fix that , fix fix fix they are never happy with anything ) .They gave us only 7 days to fix our home or she will fix it for us at xtra cost and if we dont agree on that they just definitely ended up adding to the rent they dont care if you have money or not they just want money for them .My home is falling apart because of there bad sewer (1st pic) but they dont want to be responsible for that besides they keep sending me complaints to fix it ,,They are charging for xtra car in your house , some neighbors get charge some don’t , if we have visitors well we can because they have to pay $7 dlls after 8pm , to where ? If QR code doesn’t show Casa Estates , and if visitors park in your driveway well we get a boot , some are parking in landscaping and dont get boot others they do , so what game are we playing right now ? Is call Discrimination, we all have videos of the mistreated of the manager CrystalWhat a casualty that there emails are not working anymore 🤦🏻♀️All those good reviews hmmmm i have my doubts about this we just had a protest and here they are some good reviews LOL
Sep 27, 2024 · yadi manriquezI have lived here for over 30 years and like the way the park is looking now. It’s been improving in the last couple of years. I recently had some power issues that turned out to be infrastructure in the park. The manager, Crystal, responded very quickly and yesterday they had an outside electrical company, High Caliber Electric, replace the underground service from the meter to the outside service box. They also replaced the service box, post, and grounding stake. Complete new electrical service in one day and the crew did a great job of restoring my patio and landscaping.
Jan 30, 2025 · Brian StevensonManagement is awful now. Crystal is demanding, awful with people, and constantly asking for residents pay ridiculous amounts of money to fix landscaping issues when we can't afford to do that. There are multiple 1 star reviews for a reason, management has never been an issue before this. Not to mention the towing and booting has gotten out of hand. They will boot/tow without warning, I had a vistor stop to get out for 5 mins and got booted. Do Not live here
Apr 10, 2025 · Carlos ValerioI have lived here for a while now & the management has been consistently disappointing. We have received constant letters forcing us to do 3k worth of landscaping & if not done when the management wants or how they want they threaten to fine us insane amounts upwards of 5k for some residents. Not everyone has the funds nor resources to do this unreasonable landscaping. They also tow vehicles and boot them for ridiculous reasons sometimes no valid reason. They have unprofessional staff. Overall would not recommend living here unless the management changes their approach. its clear the management does not prioritize the well being of the residents, thus making it a unpleasant living experience. Look up the protest on the news so you can see how the majority of people who live here and are harassed constantly unhappy due to the current management.
Sep 28, 2024 · Daniela Perez VarelaBeen here for about 7 years but the ladies currently in the office are worst Management yet.Crystal definitely needs people skills. They raise rent what seems like twice a year. You have to pay for visitor parking. You definitely cannot have visitors after 8pm or you’ll get towed. They want to charge for parking in your own driveway. They harrass us every week sometimes twice a week for weeds. They say Family friendly but definitely cannot have a YARD TOYS outside not kiddie swing not a bike ANYTHING. My car has gotten towed twice for being 1 inch out from my driveway. Taking to management (CRYSTAL) is useless they say “tough luck, deal with it I do” She isn’t open to any sort of conversation or Dialogue. DEFINITELY LOOK ANOTHER DIRECTION IF YOU’RE LOOKING TO MOVE HERE.
