Highview Mobile Home Community Introduce
When local users search for "RV parks near me," they are often seeking communities that offer a pleasant living environment and responsive management. Highview Mobile Home Community, located at 8601 Zuni St #1, Denver, CO 80260, USA, presents a mixed perspective based on the available customer reviews. While residents seem to appreciate the neighborhood and the surrounding location, there are significant concerns raised regarding the management and maintenance of the community.
One reviewer describes Highview Mobile Home Community as a "Trailer Park begging for a little love," indicating a perceived lack of attention to the community's aesthetic appeal. This suggests that the curb appeal of the park may be lacking, potentially due to insufficient effort from the management in maintaining the grounds and overall appearance. For individuals considering "RV parks near me" for long-term residency, the visual appeal and upkeep of the community can be important factors in their decision.
Another reviewer, who lived in Highview Mobile Home Community a couple of years prior, characterizes it as "the worst place!!" This strong negative sentiment is primarily directed towards the management and maintenance staff. The reviewer specifically names "Chuck," the maintenance guy, as being "very rude and unfair." The overall management is also criticized, with a call for a new management company and maintenance staff to take over. These comments raise serious concerns about the responsiveness and professionalism of the individuals responsible for the upkeep and administration of the community.
Despite the negative experiences with the management and maintenance, the same long-term former resident notes a significant positive aspect: "the neighborhood is full of great people and we all get along except for with the staff." This suggests a strong sense of community among the residents themselves, which can be a significant draw for individuals seeking a friendly and supportive living environment when looking at "RV parks near me."
The location of Highview Mobile Home Community is also highlighted as a positive attribute. The community is "backed up to Water World," a well-known local water park, suggesting potential access to recreational activities. Additionally, there is reportedly a "very good skate park on the corner," offering another amenity within close proximity for residents who enjoy skateboarding or watching the sport. These locational advantages could be appealing to certain demographics seeking "RV parks near me" with nearby entertainment options.
However, the positive aspects of the neighborhood and location are overshadowed by the strong criticisms of the management. The former resident reiterates that "Management of the park is horrible," and provides a specific example of difficulty in contacting the office staff, stating, "You can't even get a hold of anyone at the office when they are needed, no office hours are being kept." This lack of accessibility to management can be a significant frustration for residents needing assistance or information. The absence of consistent office hours suggests a potential lack of reliable support for the community's residents.
In terms of services and features, the available reviews provide limited information. The mention of a maintenance guy ("Chuck") implies that maintenance services are provided, but the negative feedback suggests issues with the quality and fairness of these services. The lack of accessible office hours hints at potential shortcomings in administrative services and communication. Beyond the proximity to Water World and a skate park, no other specific amenities within the mobile home community itself are mentioned, such as laundry facilities, recreational areas, or community centers. Information regarding essential utilities (water, sewer, electricity) and waste management, which are crucial for any long-term residential community, including "RV parks near me," is also absent.
No promotional information is provided in the given data. Therefore, it is not possible to comment on any special offers or incentives that Highview Mobile Home Community might be offering to attract new residents.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" who might be considering Highview Mobile Home Community, it is essential to carefully weigh the positive aspects of the location and the sense of community among residents against the significant concerns raised about the management and maintenance. The reported lack of curb appeal, the rudeness and unfairness attributed to the maintenance staff, and the inaccessibility of the office are serious issues that could significantly impact a resident's quality of life.
The positive notes about the friendly neighborhood and the proximity to recreational facilities like Water World and a skate park are attractive features that might appeal to some individuals or families. However, the functionality and overall satisfaction of living in a community are often heavily influenced by the quality and responsiveness of the management and maintenance services.
Prospective residents should attempt to gather more current information about the management and maintenance of Highview Mobile Home Community. Contacting the community directly at (303) 427-3690 or +1 303-427-3690 to inquire about their current management practices, maintenance procedures, and office hours would be a crucial step. Visiting the community in person to assess the curb appeal and the overall condition of the grounds could also provide valuable insights. If possible, speaking with current residents to get their firsthand experiences with the current management and maintenance could offer a more up-to-date perspective than the available reviews, one of which is from a former resident.
In conclusion, Highview Mobile Home Community in Denver, Colorado, presents a complex picture for those searching within the category of "RV parks near me." While the location offers proximity to recreational amenities and there seems to be a positive sense of community among residents, significant concerns have been raised regarding the management, maintenance, and accessibility of the office. Prospective residents should conduct thorough due diligence to ascertain the current state of these issues before considering Highview Mobile Home Community as their long-term home.

Trailer Park begging for a little love. Looks to be the management doesn't do much for the curb appeal.
Apr 01, 2025 · Jonnie WineLived here a couple years back and it’s the worst place!! Chuck is their maintenance guy and he is very rude and unfair. This place needs a new management company and maintenance staff. Besides the property management company and staff the neighborhood is full of great people and we all get along except for with the staff. Not to mention we are backed up to Water World and there is a very good skate park on the corner. Management of the park is horrible. You can't even get a hold of anyone at the office when they are needed, no office hours are being kept.
Apr 26, 2020 · Yaretzy RodriguezHighview Mobile Home Community is run by a bunch of slum lords. Although there is a pool at the park, they barely open it during the summer. If it is open, it is filthy. Living there in the winter is a complete nightmare. They turn off the water all the time without warning and when you call to find out when it will be restored, they claim it's on. The pipes in trailers are easily broken and this causes them to burst. However, management will do nothing to repair. If you own the trailer, you still have to pay lot rent. That amount has changed from 325$ to to 525$ in a short amount of time and it increases every year. However, this has not resulted in any kind of maintenance or upkeep. Do not patronize these slum lords, look elsewhere if you can.
Jan 06, 2017 · Je527321I wish there could be a NO STAR rating!!! Management has changed and it has changed for the worst! They change the rules basically every 3 months if not in less time. It doesn’t matter if you have enough parking for 5 cars they Claim the City only allows 3 LMAO! Then they have the towing company up everyones A** every single day harrasing tenants & visitors as soon as they park of taking there car, not to mention they will charge you $80 if not more to not take it, NOW that is AGAINST the law!! It’s NOT against the law to park more than 3 vehicles in a space you definitely have the space to do so…this park has became a JOKE!!!
Nov 28, 2021 · Blanca PayanIf You like to shower don’t live here. They turn off the water at least once every week if we are lucky!! Or sometimes we can go up to 4 days with out water.
