Pine Lakes Ranch Manufactured Home Community Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Thornton, Colorado area, Pine Lakes Ranch Manufactured Home Community, located at 10201 Riverdale Rd, Thornton, CO 80229, is a manufactured home community that might offer long-term residency options. While primarily designed for manufactured homes, some such communities also accommodate recreational vehicles for extended periods. You can contact Pine Lakes Ranch Manufactured Home Community at (303) 452-2010 or +1 303-452-2010.
The available online reviews for Pine Lakes Ranch Manufactured Home Community paint a deeply concerning picture of the management and overall living experience. Both reviews express extreme dissatisfaction and raise serious allegations that potential residents, including those seeking long-term RV stays, should carefully consider.
The first reviewer states that they "love my home" but were "basically forced out of the park" and now have to leave their trailer as well. They describe the park manager as "a joke," alleging bias and negligence in their job performance, claiming that rules are not applied consistently. This reviewer also mentions filing a complaint with "the mobile home oversight people" and encourages others with similar issues to contact them. This suggests a pattern of dissatisfaction among some residents regarding the management's practices and fairness.
The second review provides a lengthy and distressing account of eviction following the passing of the reviewer's parents. The reviewer states they had lived at the same spot since 1972, a period of 52 years, with consistent rent payments and no prior problems. Despite this long history, they were allegedly evicted because they were not on the lease. The reviewer further claims that "b.s. rules" were made up, and they were evicted shortly after their parents' deaths. The account details being denied access to their home to retrieve belongings, being forced out in the snow without a jacket, and receiving no assistance from the management. The presence of multiple Thornton police officers during the eviction is also noted, creating an impression of a hostile and unwarranted action.
Adding to the distress, the second reviewer describes their physical limitations due to bad knees and a torn bicep, which allegedly made it difficult to maintain the yard to the management's standards. They also recount being denied help with trash disposal, despite having no vehicle, with the management reportedly stating that assisting one resident would necessitate assisting everyone. The reviewer expresses deep feelings of being "disgusting and disrespected" and questions the community's claim of being a "family" given their experience. The review concludes with a lament about their parents' furniture being left outside the trailer and exposed to the weather, with the reviewer unable to access it. This detailed account paints a picture of a management that is perceived as uncaring, unreasonable, and potentially unjust.
Given these overwhelmingly negative and serious allegations against the management of Pine Lakes Ranch Manufactured Home Community, it is extremely difficult to provide an objective introduction that highlights positive aspects of the environment, services, or features. The available reviews strongly suggest a problematic management situation that could significantly impact the living experience for all residents, including those who might be considering a long-term RV stay.
Typically, manufactured home communities offer basic infrastructure such as roadways and utility hookups at each lot (water, electricity, and possibly sewer or access to a community septic system). However, the quality of these services and the responsiveness of the management to residents' needs are called into serious question by the provided reviews. Amenities often found in well-managed RV parks or mobile home communities, such as laundry facilities, communal restrooms and showers, recreational areas, or a sense of community support, are not mentioned positively in these reviews. In fact, the second review explicitly describes a lack of support and a disregard for a long-term resident's difficult circumstances.
The location of Pine Lakes Ranch Manufactured Home Community in Thornton, Colorado, might offer access to local amenities in the city, which is part of the northern Denver metropolitan area. Thornton provides a range of shopping, dining, and recreational opportunities. However, the internal environment and management practices within the community, as described by the reviews, would likely be a more significant factor for potential residents than the surrounding location.
There is no indication of any promotional information in the provided data. Given the severe nature of the customer feedback, it is unlikely that the community would be actively promoting itself without addressing the issues raised in these reviews.
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" for a long-term stay in the Thornton area, Pine Lakes Ranch Manufactured Home Community appears to be a high-risk option based on the available customer reviews. The allegations of biased management, unfair rule enforcement, and the distressing eviction account should give any potential resident serious pause. It would be prudent to explore other RV parks or long-term stay options in the Thornton area that have more positive or at least less concerning feedback.
If one were still considering Pine Lakes Ranch despite these reviews, it would be absolutely essential to conduct thorough due diligence. This would involve contacting the management directly to seek their perspective on the issues raised in the reviews and to inquire about their policies and practices. Additionally, attempting to speak with current residents who have not posted online reviews would be crucial to get a more balanced understanding of the community's environment and management. Visiting the property in person to assess its condition and atmosphere would also be a necessary step.
However, given the severity of the allegations, potential residents might find it more prudent to focus their search on other "RV parks near me" in Thornton that have a more positive reputation and a track record of fair and respectful management.
In conclusion, the available online reviews for Pine Lakes Ranch Manufactured Home Community in Thornton, CO, raise significant red flags regarding the management's practices and the overall living experience. The allegations of bias, unfair evictions, and lack of community support are deeply concerning. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" for a long-term stay, proceeding with extreme caution and thoroughly investigating these issues is strongly advised. Exploring alternative options in the Thornton area with more positive feedback is likely a more prudent course of action.

Pine Lakes Ranch Manufactured Home Community Reviews
I love my home and was recently basically forced out of the park and now I have to leave my trailer to! The park manager is a joke, she's bias and doesn't do her job right. Only certain people have to follow the rules here. I have filed a complaint with the mobile home over sight people, if anyone else would also like to file a complaint, please contact me.
Feb 26, 2025 · Courtney AyalaManagement us horrible because I was not on the lease they made up b.s. rules they evicted me after both of my parents passed because I eas not on the lease. We had been in that same spot since 1972 52 years and in that time we caused no problems rent was paid on time all them years I was 3 years old when moved there i believe if I wasn't there they were gonna kick my parents out and they said the yard was trashy and not kept up we I was doing the best I could with 2 bad knees and a torn right bicep than I couldn't make it to court because my moped was stolen because they have no security and when they evicted they didn't let me go in the house to grab anything I had no jacket and they kicked me out in the snow and offered me nothing and thorntons finest 4 deep like I was gonna do something said I couldn't get nothing so I had to buy winter clothes well they were donated to me because I had no money but the best part was I asked them for help I had no vehicle to take the trash to their roll offs and they refused me the help and there roll offs saying if we help you than we have to help everyone else. How can they call themselves a community and family when they turn their backs in you or just me I had never been so disgusting and disrespected they is nothing nice about their management to evict an elderly woman in her 80 and a disabled son who was taken care of his parents thrown to the streetall my parents furniture sits outside of our trailer which we can't go near is being torn up by the weather I just pray no other respectful family ever had to go through this. Sincerely lot 433
Dec 27, 2024 · David MedinaI'm absolutely done with this trailer park! I've been a resident for over a decade, and it's just gone downhill. All they do is jack up the rent and complain about everything! Now, out of nowhere, I can't have my dog here anymore because of its breed and weight? Are you kidding me? Don't even get me started on the women at the front office with their awful attitudes—they're completely useless! And the workers? Always in a terrible mood! I'm fed up! PINE LAKES RANCH, get your act together before everyone loses their patience! I know you’re trying to improve things, but these new rules are only enforced on certain residents, and it’s ridiculous!
Sep 03, 2024 · memothemafia dotI Absolutely Hate Living Here I Have Been Living here for 7 years my lot rent has tripled it's ridiculous we are always getting water boil noticed days after we have no water we never get notified about water leaks until we start calling and complaining about our water pressure and this place has the worse trash company they sucks they never pick up my trash cans I pay for 3 of them because of this and still they skip my house it's so annoying they keep giving out notices but fail to show me my property line I can't even have a small pool for my children without getting a notice of taking it down when i moved in 7 years ago i was able to have a trampoline we cant have them any more. our pools are never open. Last year two out of the three were closed and they didn't open the one by the office until the end of the season and then it was closed again weeks later . This place is just getting worse and worse and worse and I don't suggest anybody renting here I Hope to be we can get out of here by the end of the year
Jun 06, 2024 · Desi WahlIf you have a problem, good luck ever trying to get it resolved. They are NEVER in the office, they get in the office late, take 2+ hour lunches, take off before 3pm nearly everyday and they absolutely NEVER answer or return any phone calls. If you do somehow get ahold of someone or someone is in the office they’ll either give you an attitude or will tell you they’ll immediately take care of it and then not take care of said problem just to get you out of the office. I’ve been trying for about 5 months to solve a problem and they are impossible to get ahold of. They absolutely are not a good park to be in especially with how much they charge for rent, not including the extra water, trash and sewage when you don’t have water 90% of the time or have to boil it.
