The term "Breezy Acres" might suggest an open or less densely wooded environment, but this is speculative. To gain a comprehensive understanding of the park's ambiance, layout, and upkeep, direct inquiry or a visit to the location would be advisable.

Residents in mobile home parks often establish a more permanent living situation, fostering a sense of community and stability that can differ significantly from the transient nature of RV parks.
Two customer reviews provide some insight into the living experience at Breezy Acres Mobile Home Park, and both express negative sentiments. One reviewer, who had lived there for over six months, reports inconsistencies in the enforcement of park rules, alleging that minor violations are addressed while significant issues like excessive trash and overgrown grass on some properties are ignored, suggesting a potential bias in management practices. This reviewer expresses regret about moving to the park and anticipates further problems.
The second reviewer states having lived in the park for less than six months and expresses strong dissatisfaction, advising others not to buy or rent there. A significant concern raised is an alleged increase in property rent within this short period. The reviewer also mentions a negative interaction with an individual named Lynn Puca, who shows new mobile homes for sale, claiming that this person provided false information. Additionally, this reviewer notes that some homes in the park are poorly maintained and generally advises prospective residents to look elsewhere.
Promotional information for Breezy Acres Mobile Home Park is not included in the provided data. Individuals interested in exploring residency options should contact the park management directly to inquire about lot availability, pricing structures (including lot rental fees and any associated costs), and any current incentives or special offers. However, in light of the negative customer reviews, it would be prudent for prospective residents to ask specific questions related to management practices, rent stability, and the overall condition of the park and its homes.
Considering the negative customer feedback regarding inconsistent rule enforcement, unexpected rent increases, alleged misinformation from sales representatives, and concerns about property upkeep, prospective residents of Breezy Acres Mobile Home Park should exercise significant caution and conduct thorough due diligence before making any decisions. It is strongly recommended to visit the park in person, if possible, to assess the environment and speak with current residents (if feasible) to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the living conditions and management practices.
When comparing Breezy Acres Mobile Home Park to other options that might appear under the search term "RV parks near me," it is crucial to recognize the fundamental differences between a long-term residential mobile home park and a short-term recreational RV park. The negative experiences reported by reviewers highlight the importance of looking beyond just the location and considering the management, financial stability, and overall living environment of any potential long-term living situation.
In conclusion, Breezy Acres Mobile Home Park in Fairless Hills, PA, offers a location within a suburban area. However, publicly available feedback raises significant concerns regarding park management, rent stability, and property maintenance. Prospective residents should carefully consider this information and conduct thorough personal investigation, including direct contact with the management at (215) 946-5169 or +1 215-946-5169, and ideally a visit to the property and discussions with current residents, before making any decisions about long-term residency.

Breezy Acres Mobile Home Park Reviews
The office sends violations to people for something minuet, and people with tons of trash all over their property or grass is crazy high, hear nothing from them. Obviously they target people. Wish I never moved here six months ago. Can't wait to see what new issues pop up as we go along.

Mar 05, 2024 · Leslie xoI've lived here a long time. I'm forced to stay financially but saving to move. I wouldn't recommend this park to my worst enemy. They will never address any of your concerns, no matter how valid. They do not enforce any rules to help keep it a decent place to live. They increase your rent every year, with NO to little care taking. The water is brownish, red many days after it rains. You will be embarrassed to say you live here. Sadly, it's the true definition of a trailer park. A cancer that keeps growing.
Jul 20, 2018 · soup twinMy wife & I lived here in the 70's, it gave us our start. Somewhere it turned into a dump. The new owners were only interested in $$$. I hope that mentality is gone! The workers duped the management into BS as they raped the place... typical uninformed management... The workers probably laughed all thru their next crack pipe or joint! I hope the current mgrs have intelligence, we'll see. By the way, I said it gave us our start... Well today we could buy the place, if we wanted to, which we don't:-).
