Information regarding the specific services and features offered to RVers at Carolina Village Office is limited based on the provided customer reviews, as the focus of the reviews is on the management and overall community conditions. Typically, for a facility listed under "RV Parks Near Me" that accommodates recreational vehicles, one would expect the provision of essential utilities at the RV sites. These generally include hookups for water, electricity, and sewage. The availability and capacity of these utilities are crucial for RV owners. Additionally, access to restroom and shower facilities is a common expectation at RV parks. Laundry facilities are also frequently offered, particularly in parks that cater to longer-term residents. However, the provided reviews for Carolina Village Office do not offer specific details about these services or features, so prospective users would need to make direct inquiries to the park management to obtain this information.
The customer reviews for Carolina Village Office raise significant concerns regarding the management and overall living conditions within the park. One reviewer describes the park manager, Zulema, as acting unfairly and disrespectfully, alleging biased enforcement of rules, personal rule-breaking, and a general lack of professionalism. This negative portrayal of management could be a significant factor for potential RVers to consider, as park management plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive and orderly living environment. The reviewer also expresses a desire for the previous manager to return, indicating a past positive experience that is not currently being replicated.
The second review echoes the sentiment of unprofessionalism and further details concerning issues within the neighborhood. This reviewer mentions that the roads are in poor condition ("roads that are beat") and reiterates the opinion that the current manager is unsuitable for the role. Additionally, serious safety concerns are raised, including "dogs are lose, dogs bite kids," and the reviewer points out a lack of parking space, summarizing the overall impression as "horrible" and advising against recommending the park. These reviews collectively paint a concerning picture of the living environment and management at Carolina Village Office, which would be pertinent for anyone considering residing there, whether in a mobile home or an RV.
Given the negative feedback concerning the management and community conditions, it is challenging to ascertain specific positive features of Carolina Village Office that would be appealing to RVers. While standard features of a mobile home park that might accommodate RVs could include designated RV sites and basic utility hookups, the reviews suggest that the overall upkeep and management might detract from any inherent features. The potential lack of road maintenance and the safety concerns regarding loose and biting dogs are significant issues that would likely outweigh standard amenities for many potential residents. The negative comments about the manager could also impact the overall experience of living in the community.
Currently, no specific promotional information for RV stays at Carolina Village Office is available in the provided text. RV parks sometimes offer various incentives to attract visitors, such as discounts for longer stays or seasonal rates. However, given the strong negative feedback regarding the management and living conditions, any potential promotional offers would need to be weighed against these concerns. To obtain any information about potential rates or promotions for RVers at Carolina Village Office, interested individuals would need to contact the park management directly using the provided phone numbers. However, it would be prudent to also inquire about the issues raised in the customer reviews to get a comprehensive understanding of the current situation at the park.
In conclusion, Carolina Village Office in Concord, NC, is presented as a potential option under the "RV Parks Near Me" category. However, the available customer reviews raise significant concerns regarding the park management, road conditions, safety issues with loose dogs, and overall unprofessionalism. These are critical factors that prospective RVers should carefully consider. While the park might offer basic amenities associated with a mobile home park that could potentially accommodate RVs, the negative feedback suggests a potentially unsatisfactory living environment. It is strongly recommended that interested individuals contact the park management directly to inquire about RV accommodations, current conditions, and address the serious concerns raised in the reviews before making any decisions about staying at Carolina Village Office.

Carolina Village Office Reviews
Zulema the park manager chooses who to go after if she’s cool with them then she won’t say nothing but if she isn’t she wants to be on ass. She says we can’t have more than 3 cars but she always has a lot of car parked outside her place and her big ass van. And she is very disrespectful. She claims she don’t want no cars with temporary tags here but she has them herself .We need the old manger back already.
Mar 11, 2025 · Dylan SmithThey are vary unprofessional this neighborhood has roads that are beat and the manager is not suit to work there in my opinion, dogs are lose, dogs bite kids. No parking space just horrible don’t recommend.
Oct 09, 2023 · RTK_ OMARManagement is very rude, hardly in the office. Inconsiderate of the whole situation of things, like the whole picture. I would not recommend moving into this trailer park, besides management being unprofessional rude and unkept looking, the roads could or need to be repaved, needs a more uniform look to the trailers currently just about every color of the rainbow is painted thru out this park. Years ago when the park had a different property manager it was not like this at all. Definitely would say not worth wasting your time even attempting to come check it out, once again management is hardly in the office.
