Carriage Cove Reviews
Very nice community great clubhouse grounds are always kept up friendly neighbors close to shopping and doctors appointments and vet.
Aug 06, 2024 · Mike CzosnekI’ve been living here for over 12 years and I have found out that the management especially Naomi and flip a very easy to get along with. If you show a little bit of respect to them I have always got what I needed from the management. They are going through a tough time with the flood that we had here from a hurricane Ian And they are doing a fine job getting everything squared away unfortunately it’s like every place. We have a few people in here that just doesn’t want to do anything to help management nor the HOA but we will make it with them or without them. It doesn’t matter is very comparable to what you would find on the outside and everywhere else , I would give this a five star rating. It’s a great place to live. There are some very nice people in here. The amenities are good and the location is excellent. Feel free to give them a call and set up an appointment for a tour you will not be disappointed. Remember this there’s always drama no matter where you live And what goes around comes around. Have a nice day thank you.
Jun 18, 2024 · John ColletteA Nice, quiet & peaceful living with a great pool, friendly neighborhood, but I'm not so happy with every November the cost of lot rent goes up 75$$ every year while my fixed income stays the same.,,but nevertheless it's a fine place to live, close to everything Daytona Beach has to offer.
Sep 11, 2024 · Donald BaughmanPark has made a solid comeback after the hurricane damage , Manager and her assistant are working diligently to improve the park and grounds on a daily basis which sometimes does offend those that prefer not to maintain their property. When those folks get upset they blame management, its that simple. This is only park in the area that your lot rent includes: water, sewer, trash, lawn care ( which is excellent) cable and internet. This is a great park with an outstanding manger and assistant manager!
Jun 18, 2024 · J FuddThis place has gone straight downhill over 20 years. There used to be nice people here. There are bad people everywhere, but even those who have been here many many years , have removed themselves from HOA, from so called activities as they have become few , cliques of immature, nasty, really downright hateful people. People who have zero morals. Who lie, turn this place into a living hell nightmare for MANY!!!! It starts with management and goes to literally, many good, kind people who are treated really badly by horrible people that have moved in here over the past maybe 8 years, then now it's just awful. It is awful in so many ways for so many.
