Mar 20, 2025 · Therese ConnerA Great place to work. And we have affordable Lot rent and homes for sale.
Mar 19, 2025 · Dyanne BradleyThe park has been under new owners and management. And they seem to be doing some things for improvement. But not without a price, our lot rent has gone up massively. They insist on comparing us to the other parks in this area. They all have pools, lawn care, workout equipment maintenance, which we do not have. We mow our own yards. Tough for some 55+. We have new speed signs and a new golf cart. No one follows the speed limit and we don't use the golf cart. They remodeled the clubhouse that no one uses. They also put in a small section of white fence in front for our pets. We still keep having water pipe issues. This is one of the major problems here, but we don't pay for sewer/water. It's included in rent. As far as parking and the upkeep of certain lots, I see no improvement whatsoever. Some are allowed to let their lots go in disrepair. The ditch is overgrown. I hope the new owners are slowly but surely resolving these problems. They seem to be doing more than any of the other owners did. People are friendly here. We try to help each other if there is a need to. I give it a 3 for now.UPDATE: The lot rent is a bit high for this place , we just got another increase (over $100 in no time), I have my personal property (MOBILE home) and rent the lot and pay part of the owners property taxes. This is no "RESORT," as they say. It is a Mobile Home Park. We pay every year to register and put a sticker on our window plus pay their taxes. It is what I can afford and not for sure how long if we keep getting gouged.
Aug 19, 2024 · Deb DI’ve been a resident here at Elmwood MHP from 2007 until now. Since Dyanne Bradley has been Property Manager, Elmwood has improved drastically !! She is a welcome presence in the Office, her attention to detail & follow through of the Park day-to-day operations has improved our quality of life here tremendously. I am so glad Dyanne is here on-site and I look forward to what she will contribute to in the future. She is an excellent addition to Elmwood & the Cornerstone staff. Thank you so much Dyanne and Cornerstone for our new manager !!! - John and Beth Hinzman.
