Casa Del Rey Mobile Park Introduce
For those searching for "RV parks near me," particularly those catering to seniors or offering a quieter, community-focused environment near the coast in Oceano, California, Casa Del Rey Mobile Park presents itself as a noteworthy option. Located at 2531 Cienaga St, Oceano, CA 93445, USA, Casa Del Rey Mobile Park can be contacted at (805) 474-1430 or +1 805-474-1430 for inquiries. Based on resident feedback, this park is recognized as a clean and well-maintained smaller senior community with a welcoming atmosphere.
From the perspective of someone looking for "RV parks near me," especially within the senior living category, Casa Del Rey Mobile Park stands out due to its specific focus. The review explicitly mentions it as a "great smaller senior park," indicating that the community is primarily geared towards residents aged 55 and over. This can be a significant advantage for seniors seeking a peaceful and age-appropriate environment for either long-term living or potentially for RV vacation stays. The emphasis on a senior community often translates to a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere, which can be highly desirable for many RV travelers.
Multiple reviews highlight the cleanliness and neatness of Casa Del Rey Mobile Park. Residents describe it as "very clean and neat," suggesting a well-cared-for environment where attention is paid to the upkeep of the grounds and facilities. This is a crucial factor for anyone considering an RV park, as cleanliness contributes significantly to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. A well-maintained park reflects a commitment to the well-being of its residents and visitors.
The friendliness of the community is another recurring positive comment. One reviewer noted that "everyone seemed so nice," indicating a welcoming and neighborly atmosphere within the park. This sense of community can be particularly appealing for RVers who appreciate interacting with others and feeling a sense of belonging, even during a shorter stay. The helpfulness and professionalism of the managers are also mentioned, suggesting that the park is well-managed and that residents and visitors can expect a positive and efficient experience when dealing with the on-site staff.
One resident who uses their property as a "vacation home" expresses a desire for the historical home in the center of the park to be better maintained. This suggests that Casa Del Rey Mobile Park has some unique historical features that could add to its charm and appeal. While the current state of maintenance of this historical home is a point of concern for this resident, the presence of such a feature indicates a potentially interesting and characterful environment within the park.
The pool is mentioned as being "always crystal clear," which is a significant amenity, especially for those looking to relax and enjoy the California sunshine. However, the same reviewer notes that the pool is "not open long enough during the year." This is a point to consider for potential RV visitors who prioritize pool access and may want to inquire about the pool's operating schedule to ensure it aligns with their travel dates.
One interesting aspect of the reviews is a comment seemingly addressing another review not provided in this context. This comment expresses surprise at a review mentioning a "drug person on the bike" and states that this resident has not seen such a person. This highlights the subjective nature of individual experiences and the importance of considering multiple perspectives. It also indirectly suggests that the park, in this resident's experience, does not have a visible drug issue. The same comment also advises against excessive complaining about "poor innocent dogs," hinting at potential discussions or concerns within the community regarding pets.
The review stating that it "would be a nice place to live or vacation" further reinforces the positive aspects of Casa Del Rey Mobile Park, particularly its suitability for both long-term residents and potentially for RV vacationers seeking a senior-oriented and peaceful setting. However, this reviewer also notes that it is "not easy to find any place available," suggesting that the park is quite popular and may have limited vacancies. This is an important practical consideration for anyone interested in staying at Casa Del Rey Mobile Park, indicating the need to inquire about availability well in advance.
While Casa Del Rey Mobile Park is primarily described as a senior mobile home park, the positive attributes of cleanliness, a friendly atmosphere, and helpful management could also appeal to senior RV travelers looking for "RV parks near me" in the Oceano area. The potential for a quieter and more community-focused experience, compared to parks catering to all ages, might be a significant draw. The presence of a pool, even with potentially limited operating hours, is an additional amenity to consider.
To determine the suitability of Casa Del Rey Mobile Park for RV stays, it is essential to contact the park management directly at (805) 474-1430 or +1 805-474-1430. Inquire specifically about the availability of RV spaces, the amenities provided for RVs (such as hookups, waste disposal, etc.), any age restrictions for RV visitors, the terms for short-term or longer-term RV stays, and the operating hours of the pool. It would also be beneficial to ask about any specific policies or guidelines for RV guests within this senior community.
In conclusion, Casa Del Rey Mobile Park in Oceano, CA, presents itself as a clean, neat, and friendly smaller senior mobile home park that may also be suitable for senior RV travelers seeking "RV parks near me" in the area. Its welcoming atmosphere and helpful management are positive aspects highlighted by residents. While the availability may be limited, and the pool hours might not be extensive, the park's focus on a senior community and its well-maintained environment could make it an attractive option for those seeking a peaceful coastal stay. Direct contact with the park management is crucial to ascertain the specific provisions and availability for RV guests.

Casa Del Rey Mobile Park Reviews
I have my vacation home there. Sure wish they'd maintain the historical home in center of the park. Pool is always crystal clear but not open long enough during the year.
Jan 10, 2024 · LYN KALARGreat smaller senior park. Very clean and neat and everyone seemed so nice. The managers are helpful and very professional. Would be a nice place to live or vacation. But not easy to find any place available.I am surprised at review about drug person on the bike?? Haven't seen that person, thank God. Maybe some residents should not complain so much about poor innocent dogs and watch for the person on the bike I think!
